"The Host was quick to respond and very accommodating to my groups needs. The place itself was clean and well furnished. That being said the neighborhood is a little far from any grocery or restaurant, but nothing a Lime Scooter can’t fix. A great place to stay in Grand Rapids."

"We loved the relaxing location of this property on the Thornapple River. We were able to kayak, barbeque, watch movies and sit by the campfire. If you are OK with an older home, this is the place for you! We did not want fancy, we wanted family and that's what we got. Thank you so much! "

"Our son got married at Railside and this place was perfect for our stay. So close to the venue and we enjoyed a great dinner one night in downtown Byron Center. Also walked the Kent Trail a few times which was beautiful! Close to groceries, gas etc. Property was beautiful, spacious and clean. Groomsman stopped by on their way to the venue and enjoyed a nice lunch. We got subs from the catering menu at Subway in town. They were so nice and helpful and it was really good! Excellent stay....

"We were in town for a concert. The location was perfect! Close to downtown. Property was well taken care of and more than enough room for us. Some suggestions are Brass Ring and Two Guys micro breweries. We also enjoyed the trails at Millennium Park."

"What a beautiful home and lovely view of the lake! The home was supplied with everything you could think of. The lake is pristine with abundant wild life, even swans! Traffic on the lake is minimal. Neighbors are friendly. Kim was a excellent and timely communicator, which we greatly appreciated. "I don’t feel that they were prepared for summmer went June 19 and no pool. The spa was ready , the volleyball court wasn’t cleared . There was no was clothes or hand towels, no dish towels. One smoke detector and had to call for battery, which they came quickly. There’s lots of sleeping arrangements but not really room for much more. We still had a good time but wish they put a little more effort into the place."
