"Spacious home with lots of room for our family of 7 to gather to celebrate the New Year together. Quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, great appliances, ample seating and large tables for board games. We walked and ran the paths at nearby park daily. Super easy check-in and check out. Thank you for a great stay!"

"Very good location and cute place. If you're looking for convenience and affordability, this is it. There aren't a lot of frills but we weren't looking for that. I had to reach out for the door code and check/in and check/out instructions. When I reached out about check/out (what to do with trash, linens, etc) I mentioned I didn't receive them or wifi info and was told it was all in the booklet. We searched high/low for a booklet and couldn't find one. The owner responded fairly quickly...

"Great space with all the essential and more for a family retreat . The heated indoor pool is as amazing as the pictures show. With snow flying outside it was cool for the kids to enjoy hours of swimming. Plenty of space for a large gathering for cooking , gathering , and oh so comfortable. The entire house was warm and cozy. The fireplace put out great heat while adding an aesthetic space in the main family room. The artwork added more vibrance and energy ! We are already talking about a...

"I was in town for a wedding. This place was clean, close to the venue, and Kelsey was quick to respond to any inquiries. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for something in the Short North area as it’s close to plenty of bars and restaurants. Be aware that if you have a bigger vehicle, you will not be able to fit in the parking spot provided in the back. It’s not a big deal as there is paid street parking. "

"Came in town for a work party that evening. Very nice relaxing condo. Enjoyed the pool table and some down time. Didn't get a chance to enjoy the hot tub but it looked nice and clean."

"On a 1-10 I give it an 8. What would make it a 10? ( I stay at a lot of vrbos)-fix fridge ice/water dispenser, put tissue box in restrooms, put hooks in bathroom for towels, robes, clothes, put dresser or tables in bedrooms to put stuff on, get a colander in kitchen, add some wine glasses. "

"The property looked great just like the pictures on the website. The area was okay. Could maybe use 2 more TV’s in two of the bedrooms. I have college students and not enough to go around. And the Attic bedroom is really nice but could use a ceiling fan."

"We had a great time with family at this big house! The house has lots of interesting bits to be discovered, and if it hadn’t rained the whole time we were there, we’d have loved to explore outside as well. A bit more lighting would be helpful. The website could use more clarity, but communication with the owner was good. "

"I went into this stay with high expectations, and I was still blown away! The property is even nicer than pictured, and the location is IDEAL. Hosts were WONDERFUL and very communicative. Lots of little touches that made it an exemplary stay. "

"This cozy two-bedroom house is a true gem. The bedrooms are inviting and comfortable, offering a perfect retreat. The standout feature is the spacious kitchen, which is both large and well-equipped, making cooking and entertaining a pleasure. The basketball hoop in the back and the private fence is wonderful. The overall ambiance of the house is warm and welcoming, ideal for a relaxed stay! "

"Excelente! Recepcionistas cordiais e atenciosos, boa limpeza, ótimo café da manhã, máquinas de lavar e secar roupa ótimas, tamanho dos cômodos excelente e utensílios de cozinha também. As TVs eram um pouco limitadas, com um ajuste padrão, mas nada que comprometesse nosso bem estar em geral."
