- Three beautiful bedrooms. (two king beds, one queen bed, and bunk bed two twins)
- Comfortable living room with a 75” TV.
- Game table room.
- Open kitchen with breakfast nook and formal dining area.

Outdoor Amenities:
- Gated backyard with an in-ground pool.
- Covered back porch with couch and lounge chairs.

Guest Access:
- Entire property is exclusively for guest use.

Neighborhood Rules:
- Quiet hours start at 9 PM on weekdays and 10 pm on weekends.
- No parties or events allowed.
- No pets unless otherwise arranged with host.

Parking:
- Large driveway accommodates up to four vehicles.
- Driveway is narrow at the entrance so please drive slow and safe.
- No street parking.

Requirements:
- Guests must sign rental agreement, pool waiver, and house rules before stay.

Cancellation- guest is responsible for paying all credit card processing fees upon cancellation. Usually around a 2% fee.
