Welcome to luxury family living at an affordable price! LOCATION! LOCATION! Safe and Great neighborhood. Sidewalks in the community that are great for walking dogs, jogging or going on walks. This home is close to EVERYTHING. It is a 5 min commute to Woodruff Farm Soccer Complex, and Asian Market. Very close to the highway, and Columbus State University. Easy commute to Ft. Benning, TSYS, AFLAC, Corporate Ridge Industrial Park, Peachtree mall, the strip mall, best dining restaurants and more.

Charming VRBO in decent location with a huge Asian Market minutes away

While this is an older home, the interior design choices give it a modern vibe and was a pleasant stay. We cooked in and the kitchen provided all the necessities needed to prepare our food. No non stick pans/skillets but nice steel ones that get the job done. The beds were incredibly comfortable. My Whoop said I got better recovery than I do at home. The water pressure for showering was excellent. Shower curtain in master en-suite was a little flimsy. Small master bath (typical for this age home). For pet owners, please look at the details carefully. Nobodyā€™s fault but my own but they donā€™t allow you to leave your dogs alone. We choose pet friendly but didnā€™t read all the details as we usually leave our dogs home but our pet sitter was not available so we had to pivot to taking them. Again, no blame on the owners, I stayed with the dogs the whole time which ended up ā€œforcingā€ me to relax for the 3 days and it was a good home to be ā€œstuckā€ in. There was no shampoo/conditioner provided and no extra kitchen trash bags, but there were ziplock bags which is always a nice surprise. The owner responded and did bring some trash bag by the house. Iā€™ve had quicker response times by other VRBO owners so canā€™t say theyā€™re not responsive because they do respond. This is a good choice to stay at for the area.

Nice Home with Convenient Location

This is a nice little home in a convenient location. Driveway was a little bit of a challenge for larger vehicles, but still manageable. The beds were comfortable and clean. If you plan to cook, I recommend bringing some extra cookware.

Nice stay

We enjoyed our stay. The house worked well. If you will be doing much cooking I would just check on what is going to be provided in the kitchen. The owner is very responsive and I felt questions were addressed. The location seemed to work for Fort Benning and shopping. We would consider coming back in the future to this house. The neighborhood was quiet. Thank you.

House on the steep driveway

Overall it was a nice place. The decorations were pretty and it looks like they are steadily improving the older parts of the home. I would recommend getting an anti slip mat inside the main bathroom due to it being a little slippery when showering. The only thing that was a slight inconvenience was there was barely any silverware, we contacted the host and the silverware never arrived so we had to spend some money to buy our own. The pots and pans they didnā€™t have a lot of, so you may want to bring your own essentials. The neighbors were very nice, the beds and couch were comfortable. We did enjoy our visit, these were just minor things that can be fixed to improve on. We did enjoy our stay. We even had a tornado siren wake us up to warn the neighborhood that a tornado was approaching in the middle of the night. That was comforting to us because the tornado hit a street behind us. Everyone was safe and thankful for the warning. Overall the place was quiet and in a decent location.

Quiet plenty of indoor fun

Decorated nice, comfortable, quiet neighborhood setting. Great stove and fridge and laundry. Games for family fun. Off street parking. Responsive owner. Close to grocery and restaurants. Perfect for our trip to see our soldier graduate and bring him here for a family visit and meal.

Convenient, quiet neighborhood, close to many places

Overall, the house was great. The layout was perfect for our trip and needs. Communication (texting) with owner was convenient and prompt replies. We had plenty of space, beds were comfortable, appliances worked with no issues, fenced in backyard that was decent size. Negatives - cleaning was just ok and done in main areas only, heat did not work consistently, several door knobs did not work (including side entrance and one back door). Would definitely consider staying again but not in winter!

House is nice and in a good location. If you plan to cook, bring your own pots and pans. The ones provided are not in the best of shape. The check out time on the listing was 11am, but the instructions given once i got there changed check out time to 10 am.

Beds were comfortable, fridge and stove and microwave were great. The kitchen cabinets really need an overhaul. They said there was a toaster and there wasnā€™t. Not a big deal just inconvenient. The front bathroom needs a makeover also. I must say for the cost of the three nights we stayed it was worth it. We left a day early to get home earlier. Overall it met our needs to be together for my granddaughterā€™s graduation from boot camp.

Roomy and so nice!

We came to town for our sonā€™s army graduation. The home is located within 20 minutes of the base and worked absolutely perfect for our needs. The house is spacious with an awesome couch! All of the beds are very comfortable and we were all happy with our stay in Columbus! I would highly recommend if youā€™re in the area and want a comfortable and quiet place!

Perfect for family

From Illinois, it was wonderful to see our NC family and all go to see our grandson graduate military training. The host helped us with a stuck door. Within 20-30 minutes, they had someone there fixing the door situation. All who helped were very pleasant. Highly recommend this place.

An Experience!

The most difficult part was check in. The check in instructions were not accurate and we struggled to check in. It was 8:30 pm and I texted the host, called the host, emailed the host, and not response until 10:00 pm. It was hot, we were frustrated after driving 13 hours and VRBO's solution was to look for a hotel for that night, at 10:00 pm. The host finally called and the stay was very nice. The kitchen needs a little more dishes, pans and spoons, but the house was very clean, nice, cozy, and the host responded after the check in incident. Overall, it is a very nice house in a quiet and tranquil neighborhood.

Great Comfort and Communication

This was a cute house, and spacious!!! There were some cleanliness issues but as soon as they were brought to the attention of the owner the owner worked to resolve it. The house had the entertainment piece and cozy rooms. The neighborhood was ok, other than across the street letting off fireworks late when we arrived on a Tuesday night, not sure other neighbors love that either. Location was great otherwise. Would definitely stay again and hope the pool will be up and available in the future.
