Our Airbnb support hours are from 9 AM to 11 PM, ensuring you have support throughout your stay. Our apartments are nestled in a welcoming neighborhood known for its safety and community spirit. The area is predominantly occupied by retired folk and veterans, creating a peaceful and friendly atmosphere. The complex has recently undergone new ownership, leading to significant improvements and upgrades, enhancing the overall experience for guests.
Getting around the neighborhood is convenient and hassle-free. The complex offers ample parking space, as it is currently underoccupied. Parking spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and while we strive to reserve a spot closest to your unit, we cannot guarantee it due to the shared nature of the parking area. However, rest assured that finding parking within the vicinity is generally easy and convenient.
Before booking, please note that this is a cozy, comfortable suite in a quiet neighborhood. While we strive to provide a pleasant and relaxing stay, please be aware that we offer simple, clean accommodations without extravagant amenities. LATE CHECKOUTS must be approved by the management team. If you stay past your 11am check out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for the next nights' stay at the listing's full price.
UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: The only guests allowed in the apartment are the guests that you checked with initially, that are listed on the Airbnb booking. Any guests that are NOT listed on this booking when checking in initially are not allowed and will cause a violation of the house rules.
PACKAGES We do not allow guests to order or mail packages to this location for privacy reasons. If you attempt to have something delivered to this address, it will be rejected by the office and we are not held responsible for its whereabouts.
MAINTENANCE Understand that we are at the mercy of the property management maintenance team for most general "fix-it" requests. We ask that all of our guests are patient and understanding in regards to this. If a previous guest has damaged something minor and we were unable to fix it before check in, it will be reported to the complex staff, but it is dependent on the maintenance team's schedule. Examples: blinds, curtains, and lightbulbs fall under the "non-emergency maintenance category and won't be completed until they've addressed any emergency requests around the property first.
PETS We do not allow pets, there is a fine of $200 if there is any urine, fecal matter, or vomit or stains in the apartment
KEYS If a key fob is not returned and/or damaged, the following fee will occur: $25 USD for a new key
PARTIES There is a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all its residents. This includes all Airbnb guests as well. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property or the neighbors, disrespect the property manager or building staff, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $200 USD
CLEANING Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (e.g. someone who cleans up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the washer, leaves the place as they found it, etc.). This is NOT a hotel. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $100 USD.
