Summary:
Our beautiful lakefront home has 5 bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms, accommodating up to twelve guests. We provide everything you need to feel "at home" during your stay. Enjoy spacious rooms, comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen, a pool table, firepit, lake views, and more! Our family-friendly neighborhood is twenty minutes from downtown and Riverwalk and just a few minutes from Fort Moore. Be our guest; we would love to host you!
The Space:
Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. The dining room is to the left of the entryway, and the game/pool table space is to the right. Through the main foyer are the living room and the fully equipped kitchen. The first and only ground-level bedroom is off the kitchen with a queen bed, and so is the half bathroom.
Head upstairs to the additional four bedrooms and both full bathrooms.
The first bedroom upstairs has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and large soaking tub. The second bedroom upstairs has a queen bed. The last two bedrooms have the same layout; each has one lofted twin bed and two twins underneath, totaling three twin beds in each room.
The backyard is accessible through the living room. Enjoy our beautiful firepit and lake views!

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
The Neighborhood:
Our home is in a residential neighborhood on a lake. We are minutes from Ft. Moore and about twenty minutes from downtown Columbus.
NOTE: the community pool is not available for guest use. Thank you for understanding!
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
