BEFORE your reservation is accepted you MUST:

HOUSE RULES:
➡️ NO SMOKING INSIDE-Back Patio ONLY/$100 fee if any smoking inside.
➡️ NO PARTIES =$300 Extra Fee
➡️ NO GLITTER=$100 Extra Fee
➡️ NO PETS = $100 Extra Fee
➡️ NO UN•REGISTERED GUESTS
$100 Additional Fee if you invite extra Guests without prior approval from Host. After first 2 guests, there is a charge of $50 per person / per night.
➡️ NO LOUD NOISE‐ Please be considerate of the Neighbors. No loud noise before 9am or after 9pm.
➡️ DO NOT PARK IN THE DRIVEWAY IF YOUR VEHICLE LEAKS (pleanty of on street parking in front of home).
➡️ CHECK OUT 11am - Need a late check-out....just ask. IF I can accommodate you, I will. If late check-out is NOT approved by Host = $100 Extra Fee.

If you are local (Columbus area) you MUST contact me before booking.
To prevent parties, simply let me know why you need a place to stay when you live locally.
Also, I have a strict ZERO tolerance policy regarding parties, smoking inside, UNREGISTERED guests & loud noise.

*The number of people who spend the night may not exceed the number of guest's on your reservation. If you book for 2 people, only 2 people may stay.
*ADDITIONAL GUEST FEE - First 2 Guests are included in the advertised nightly rate. Guests 3 through 9 = additional $50 per person / per night.

Master Bedroom - Queen bed + Roku TV + private Bathroom.
2nd & 3rd Bedrooms - Bunk Beds. These are not kid Bunk Beds with thin uncomfortable mattresses. These Bunk Beds are extra sturdy & very comfortable, "NEW" 10 inch mattresses (2023). It's like sleeping on a cloud.

*2 Car Driveway AND Lot's of On Street Parking.
PLEASE do not park in driveway if your vehicle leaks. Home Is On A Corner Lot, Usually Pleanty Of On Street Parking.
*Garage Is Not Available To Guests.

*All Bedrooms Have Extra Sheets & Pillows (in Linen closet).
- Master Bedroom = Queen Bed, Roku TV (Netflix, Prime+ lot's of other channels) PLUS full Bathroom.
- Bedroom #2 = Bunk Bed / Full over Twin-Sleeps 3
- Bedroom #3 = Bunk Bed / Full over Full-Sleeps 4
◼ ANY Missing Keys = Additional $25 fee

⭐ Both Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, large fluffy towels, hairdryer (Linen closet ).

CDC cleaning & sanitizing policies are taken VERY seriously! I would appreciate your help keeping my home clean & sanitized by taking off your shoes inside (leave shoes on rubber mat next to front door).
■ PLEASE bring a clean pair of slippers, sandals, flip flops or shoe covers.
