"Easy walk to downtown, restaurants and the campus. We were in town to visit our daughter. When she was at work we enjoyed the easy access to downtown. "

"This place was perfect for our family of 8 adults and a 10 month old baby. The separate rooms and two levels were great. It was stocked with everything you would need. Except food. You could cook anything you wanted, the kitchen had every pot or pan, every utensil. It was very clean. The outdoor space is very big with chairs and tables everywhere, the private swim dock was spacious and a fun spot. Everyone loved it and said they wanted to come back next year A+ "

"This is a very well-maintained property. Very clean and communication was great. My only constructive feedback is concerning this being a pet friendly rental. There is nowhere to take the dogs for BR breaks…so we took them to a gravel parking lot up the hill from the rental. It would’ve been nice to know that in advance. Otherwise a great home and would recommend to others."

"This house was clean and great as far as size for a large group, what was provided in the home and had a nice view of a quiet location on the lake. The only issues we had were the garbage was never picked up all week even after notifying the property manager and the road to get in and out was treacherous which was not mentioned in the listing. "This house was perfect for my cousins bachelorette party! There is so much space and the dance floor area was perfect for our karaoke nights. The house was very clean, and all the beds were very comfortable! It was very close to the strip of bars and restaurants by the dam which was great and cheap to Uber to. We would absolutely stay here again! The host/management team was extremely helpful and responsive to all questions I had before check in. If your group knows how to have fun this is...

The house is a great size and has plenty of space for games and gathering - including multiple areas should people want to split up for a bit. The kitchen was a great size and the large island made cooking meals easy, the big dock was a great place to hang out, and the large TV made it easy to watch football & F1. Would recommend it to any group in need of a lake house for a weekend."

I messaged the host multiple times and got no response. Only days before the trip, did I get the hosts contact info and was able to get some answers to my questions. Also, the home could use a deeper clean. Dust bunnies all over the rooms. "
