"When we arrived the outdoor cushions were left outside & the BBQ was dirty which I had to clean. When we left, we followed the cleanup instructions to the T. We cleaned the BBQ, washed all the towels, cleaned all the dishes..etc. They accused us of not cleaning the BBQ & breaking a coffee pot that we never used because we brought our own French Press so they charged us $75 for a trumped up & bogus accusations. The place was fly infested, the clock on the wall didn't work & this is what we get...

"This property fit our needs perfectly! There was plenty of space inside and out. The views were stunning! The place was extremely clean and well maintained. The kitchen was a dream to work in. Lots of room for our large family gatherings. Tamara and Darcy were awesome to deal with. We will definitely be back!!"

"When we arrived, the host “forgot” to turn the alarm off to the house. Pool was freezing and dirty. If you want it heated, the host will makes you pay extra. It’s not worth it because he claims he turns the heat on “remotely” but the pool never got hot so we couldn’t swim. There was mouse poop in the kitchen and in the pots and pans. "Steve's place was great, perfect size for our family (two adults, two toddlers). Literally steps to the kid-friendly pool, easy walk to the beach, and short drive to rattlesnake canyon, downtown, etc. Super clean, spacious and comfortable! "

"We have stayed at lakeshore villas before but Sharon’s place is our home away from home now. The place is perfect as it is spacious and has all the needs you need for a perfect getaway. We love that it is steps away from the pool and that the pool goes to 4 feet which for our littles is so nice! "We had a wonderful time at this house. There was 8 of us and there was plenty of space for us to all be able to spread out when needed. A fabulous kitchen for us to gather and cook meals together. The kitchen is very well equipped. The yard was great for playing games, very well cared for garden. The A/C worked well. Communication with owner and property manager was easy. Would definitely return to this house."

"A very nice, clean and well appointed condo with view of the lake. Very clean complex, with friendly neighbours. Would be nice for a family with 2-4 young children, or 2 older children, or 2 couples. Very nice kitchen along with barbeque and outdoor patio space. Good laundry facilities in condo. TV with good array of channels and services. Good grocery store in town. Visited several vineyards and "District Wine Village" all within 30 minutes drive time. Good roads and highways.
