"Great little cottage with ample seating in the living room and great sun room. Great location!! Kitchen well stocked- A few minor concerns: A/C and dishwasher might require some maintenance- A/C Very loud in the primary bedroom and dishwasher did not clean dishes-found dirty dishes in cupboards; ended up handwashing. We were 2 couples and thus would have liked Queen bed upstairs as it certainly has the room. "

"Cathy and Bruce’s guest suite was exactly what we were looking for. Remote enough to be able to enjoy the hot tub with full privacy, but close enough to Golden that we had easy access to stores and restaurants. Cathy and Bruce were both super personable too. Cathy had amazing recommendations for restaurants and local attractions and Bruce was a fount of knowledge about the area and local regulations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend."

This little carriage house was perfect. The house is simple, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It is also extremely well located. We were close to the water and several popular beaches -- also a short walk to an excellent little grocery store/market, cafe/bakery, and other lovely shops. Very suitable for a couple of any age.
