Up for a wedding
Great price and value relative to hotel down in greenfield. The home was clean and beds were comfy. Loved we could bring our dogs to romp and hike with us on the expansive grounds. Hot tub was a plus as was ping pong table and tether ball. We couldn’t access the fire pit the first night as we planned because it was fenced in goat herd - Which was cool but a bit smelly in the night breeze with guard dog barking so had to shut the Windows.

Truly lovely place
We stayed for a short weekend get-away in January. The house is just 30 min from Berkshire East. The house was very well maintained and quite charming. The grounds were pastoral and picturesque. 10/10 all around. Thanks Mark and Sarah for making such a wonderful place available for others!

Work trip
We were in town working an event near by. We came in with staff, friends and family. This house was not only beautiful, well equipped, quiet and peaceful but was perfectly set up with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. that met all of our needs. We would definitely rent again.

Wonderful location for just family and for an event
We had a small wedding at the property as well as staying with our family for a long weekend. It worked out wonderfully in a stunning location and ample room for everyone. We didn't have a chance to explore the location enough because we were so busy but all the more reason to go back again! Mark was wonderfully helpful and provided a list of recommended vendors. Only downside was that cell reception was unreliable which would be great for a getaway but tough when trying to coordinate event details. We managed with wifi - and android phones were better than iphones we found.

A Piece Of Heaven On Earth 🌎
We Celebrated our 22nd Wedding Anniversary... This place was like a dream come true. Everything they promised plus more... Peaceful, Cozy, Beautiful, Nicely Decorated and with Everything you need. Very spacious, clean and attention to details. Mark & Sarah are very friendly and helpful. The community is small but very vibrant and united. People are very friendly and you feel very welcome. We stopped at a farmstand owned by the Parsons family and Purchased fresh produce, flowers for the anniversary celebration and a delicious homemade Peach 🍑 Pie 🥧. We accidentally left some of the items at the stand and they very graciously delivered them to us as a courtesy, amazing 👏. Our four legged kiddos Buddy 🐕 and Bella 🐈 loved the outdoors as well... and our childrens, granddaughter and nephews stayed away from multimedia and enjoy nature in every sense. We will definitely visit again in the near future. 5+ ☆☆☆☆☆

Serenity on thr farm
Mark and Amy's property is a wonderful farm best described as serenity at it's best. Mark was very attentive to our needs and touched base with us daily. Our early check in was much appreciated. The property is very clean. The hot tub was serviced right after each use. We had a great time in the rec room playing ping pong with the family. The views are spectacular. So glad we found this perfect farm get away. We enjoyed watching the goats and enjoyed our hike of the property. We highly recommend this property. Having a bathroom in each upstairs bedroom is wonderful when traveling with a crowd. The house was well equipt with anything you may need. Thanks Mark and Amy!

Great location for a getaway
Our family of 8 adults stayed for a weekend in January and it was wonderful. A beautiful secluded location! We did some hiking/snowshoeing and just hung out and relaxed. The hot tub was great! I would like to come back and explore a different season here.

Peaceful retreat
Wonderful spot to take long walks through the woods and enjoy natural surroundings. Our host, Mark, was very responsive and helpful with our questions about the property and the area. We especially enjoyed the soaking in the outdoor hot tub and cozying up to the wood stove on frosty winter nights. Great place to "unplug," but if you can't the wifi is great, too. We also really appreciate the 'green energy' provided by the solar array.

Perfect getaway
My husband and I were looking for something private and quiet to celebrate our anniversary. This property and Mark delivered! Everything was clean and in proper working order, Mark responded to our texts and inquiries in minutes, and we enjoyed the property so much we didn’t even leave it for the 4 days! Our dog loved scampering in the pasture and we hiked all the trails we could. The views were amazing and we really enjoyed sitting by the fire pit and listening to the critters. Sadly it rained twice but we spent the day on the covered porch drinking coffee or in the hot tub! We tested our marriage playing ping pong in the detached game room (I won twice) and enjoyed exploring the property. It really is a perfect private oasis! We can’t wait to book again!

High Praise for High Pocket
We're a family of four and we stayed for 2 weeks. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay so much! Mark was wonderful and communicative and helpful in so many ways. It's an incredibly beautiful area and we enjoyed visiting many neighboring towns and also enjoyed all of our time at the house. The back porch was beautiful - we enjoyed ping pong, tether ball, the hot tub, and family movies at night in the living room. Don't miss the wonderful maple soft serve ice cream on Route 2 at Hager's Farmers Market. Thanks Mark - for sharing your place with us.

Bad owner experience
My friends and I rented this house for a weekend. The owner/host is the reason we are rating this house poorly. He came by twice unannounced. We also believe he has cameras at the property that are not disclosed. The first unexpected visit was Saturday morning. The owner came into the house without knocking or announcing his presence. Several of the women were uncomfortable. He returned later in the day as well. We had rented transportation to come pick us up at the house so no one would have to drive when we went out for dinner/drinks. Five minutes after our hired van arrived the owner drove up to the house to inquire what we were doing. One unannounced visit we could brush off. Two visits felt obtrusive. It is also against VRBO policy to have cameras on a property without notifying guests. The house was as advertised and had plenty of room. However, we would not rent again due to the owner.

Charming Farmhouse
My husband, boys, and I were delighted to stay at such a lovely farmhouse. We spent hours fishing in the pond, hiking, playing ping pong and tetherball. Mark, the host, was warm and gracious making us truly feel welcome and at home. Such a peaceful and relaxing stay!

Great Location for a Rustic Bachelorette Party
I booked Marc & Sarah's place for a bachelorette weekend. We had a great time! The ping pong table and hot tub were definitely hits, and we were so impressed that the kitchen had everything we could possibly need to cook meals during our stay. Marc & Sarah were amazing hosts. We did contact them once during our stay and they gave us great advice on where to finding hiking trails nearby! 100% I would recommend this property to everyone!!
