LIVING SPACE:
Our bright, expansive home ensures relaxation, boasting amazing views and multiple living spaces! The main level features an open-concept layout, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. Family dinner is made easy with the updated stainless steel appliances, and ample counterspace making meal prep a breeze and seating for the whole group! Out back is perfect for outdoor fun and relaxation. This space features a putting green, a frisbee golf course, and a corn hole setup for endless entertainment. Fire up the propane grill and enjoy meals at one of the two outdoor tables while taking in the stunning views of Pikes Peak. The main level features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, while the lower level offers 2 additional bedrooms and one bathroom, a cozy living area with toys and games for the little ones. This beautiful home is the ideal spot to make lasting memories during your stay in Colorado Springs!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Bedroom 1: This main level bedroom offers a comfortable King Bed. All beds offer clean white linens for the perfect night's sleep!
Bedroom 2: Main level bedroom with Queen Bed and en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3: Main level bedroom with Queen Bed.
Bedroom 4: This Bedroom is located in the walk-out basement containing a Queen Bed and full sized futon

- Garage is not available to guests - Two cars can fit ion the left side of the driveway or street parking is available *The neighbors driveway can not be blocked at any time
- Winter months do bring the occasional snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.
- Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home. You will not be able to receive mail from USPS during your stay.

Fantastic Property Centrally Located
A wonderful spacious home located near various attractions, including the USAF Academy, and shopping. The property managers were terrific. The home even has an outdoor putting green and frisbee course. Very clean and appointed home. Would recommend for families.

Great for a large group. There is a nice connecting living room, kitchen and dining room with enough space for everyone to be in same space but breathe. Great and fast communication by team. Would book again.

Spacious house
Clean and spacious, just as it looks in the pictures. Great location, and view of Pikes Peak from the kitchen and deck. Be aware, check in at 4:00 means 4 or after, not 5 minutes earlier. Also, no supplies (such as coffee filters) and no directions for the televisions. With that in mind, we would definitely stay there again.

Family Vacation
This property was just what we needed. The house was beautiful and very clean. Easy access to everything we wanted to do on our vacation. The downstairs game room and bedrooms were perfect for the teenagers in our group too hang out. We would definitely book this one again on our next trip.

12 of us convened from 4 different states for USAFA graduation. We arrived to an extremely clean and home. The bedrooms were all very comfortable! The backyard is amazing and welcoming. Great communication with the owner. Highly recommended and great location for any USAFA family!!

Wonderful property in a gorgeous city
Our family of 8 adults loved this home rental. We had plenty of bedrooms with comfortable beds. We had plenty of bathrooms with nice showers. The gathering area was large with a perfect table for family games in the evenings. We also enjoyed the disc golf and the mini golf. Bonus was plenty of parking. Don't hesitate to book this home for your group.

Family Vacation
This house was wonderful for a large group - we had 9 adults and 3 kids (under the age of 5). The interior of the home was set up wonderfully with shared spaces, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was fully stocked. The backyard was really amazing and kept the kids occupied with the putting green, Frisbee golf and green spaces. Only Cons is there are no TVs or fans in the bedrooms so there was no white noise and the air circulation wasn't great - the tstat is also preset and locked so you cannot change the temp inside the home so the living spaces can get very warm in the afternoon in direct sunlight. We did have a couple of hiccups with the door code when we checked in and the wifi was down the second day but a couple of quick calls to the property management company and it was resolved easily. Overall loved our stay and you can't beat the view of Pike's peak from the back of the house!

Great Stay for a Zoo Weekend
We came up from Northeastern Colorado for an extended weekend to go to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. The house was centrally located and easy to find. Comfortable place for a family with little kiddos!

Comfortable home
Large home with multiple living areas. The bedrooms were comfortable, but know they are for sleeping as no tv's are available in the bedrooms. Nice kitchen, dining and laundry areas that will meet whatever needs you may have. One note to keep in mind is if you have someone with you that requires mobility equipment, it can be a tough roe to hoe. The bathrooms are quite narrow and with 28 inch doors, it's a challenge to fit walkers and such into the bathrooms.

Beautiful home with great views!
We stayed several days in this home and so enjoyed the lovely yard, sunny living room, and large kitchen, with plenty of space to spread out and relax. There are several living/seating areas so we could work, puzzle, and play at the same time. The west side of the house has a living area with large windows and skylights - our favorite spot with the large pines outside sighing in the wind. Dishes were a pleasure with the view of Pikes Peak out the kitchen window, and the large dining table sat all of us - a huge perk!! The house was situated really well for our plans - 15-20 minutes from attractions. We did have some cleanliness issues - crumbs and smears in kitchen/dining, dirty windows at toddler level, and a toilet that got missed under the seat. We just took care of it all as we unpacked (didn't want to eat dinner or put groceries on dirty surfaces or fridge!), and contacted management a few days later. Apparently if we had let them know immediately, they would have had it recleaned (and we just would have waited to unpack until then, I guess!). So maybe just check it out before unloading - but otherwise, we truly enjoyed our stay!

Amazing stay
The property was everything we where expecting. It even snowed one day and the kids was able to enjoy the sleds that can with the house. We are from where it never snows and didn’t even think about bring sleds. We where very happy that the house had some. To our surprise the house came with someone to shovel the snow off the porch, drive way and back deck. We really appreciated that. I highly recommend this property.

Good house for families
Good house for a family stay and gatherings. Highlights: two large family rooms on main level, comfortable, clean, everything in working order, and the house access had just 1 step so it was good for elderly guests. The only two things to be aware of, located in a very plain residential neighborhood, and no access to the garage.

Amazing
Absolutely beautiful place, clean and well-maintained. Huge living room with 2 separate dining spaces, mini golf in backyard with Mountain View & all amenities needed included. We were a family of 8 & this was perfect for us. It has 5 bedrooms & 3.5 bathrooms so it can easily accommodate more people. I definitely recommend this place to a large group.

The house was big enough for our family of 12. The boys spent hours in the backyard with the putting green and the frisbee golf. Nice way to get them out of the house. They had a high chair, a pack and play, and toys for our young ones which was nice.

Wonderful for large family, the back yard is SO fun!
We had a wonderful stay. We have a large family, there was plenty of space and lots of seating. The backyard putting green and frisbee golf were a hit, and the views are great!
