COVID-19 Update:
In light of the recent COVID-19 outbreak, we are waiving our cancellation policy for any guest affected by the Coronavirus. Plan your summer vacation with confidence, knowing that you will not be penalized if you need to make a last minute change.
We, at Property Management Specialists, want you to know that keeping our guests and staff healthy and safe is our absolute top priority. Our fabulous housekeeping staff is being extremely diligent in sanitizing our homes with hospital grade sanitizer. Disinfectant will be available for guest use during their stay as well. We invite you to remove yourself from the concentration of people and come enjoy some quiet time in the mountains. Our guests will be able to check themselves in, further limiting contact with others. Several stores in Woodland Park offer online grocery orders and pick up; this is a wonderful way to stock up for your vacation, while still keeping some distance. We look forward to being able to provide your family a safe haven!
Property Managements Specialists presents Pikes Peak Vacation Cabins! We are a locally owned and operated property management company, and it is our goal to provide the highest quality accommodations for our guests.
The Boulders Cabin:
As you drive off the blacktop road in Colorado Mountain Estates in Florissant, Colorado onto the gravel road that winds its way to “The Boulders – Cozy Cabin Mountain Retreat”, you will be surrounded by beautiful pine, fir and aspen trees. The cabin, which sits on 2 1/2 acres and backs up to almost 500 acres of private ranch land, sits slightly high above the road providing exhilarating views with almost no other house in sight (a 4-wheel/all-wheel drive vehicle is required in winter months and recommended in summer months for the slightly steep driveway; otherwise, there is parking on the side of the road at the bottom). The cabin is nicely decorated in modern lodge décor with bright fun colors. Wi-Fi/Internet service available. Feel free to bring your own Apple TV, Roku or Amazon Stick streaming device. Phone service available through Wi-Fi calling.
The living room is warm and cozy with plenty of natural light and a fabulous gas log fireplace. You can enjoy a game table where the family can play one of many games provided. The fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher and microwave is surrounded by two sides of windows so you can enjoy the vistas while sitting at the large dining table. The master bedroom is spacious and features a king size bed, en suite bathroom and flat screen TV. The second bedroom features a full size bed. For extra sleeping, there is a queen size sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. To complete your tour, there is a second full bathroom.
Stepping outside you find a wrap around deck where you can enjoy the views of surrounding mountains while grilling on the BBQ or relaxing in the hot tub under the stars. You may just want to sit back and listen to the quaking aspen trees on a lazy summer afternoon or watch the snow fall on a cold winter morning. At approximately a 9,000 foot elevation, the views are spectacular. Pikes Peak, Rhyolite Mountain and Mt. Pisgah are visible from the deck.
This cabin does have internet. Due to the beautiful, rural location of this cabin, the internet available does not include unlimited data. The internet works well for tasks such as emails and browsing, but it is inadequate for streaming, gaming, and video chats.
Come to “The Boulders – Cozy Cabin Mountain Retreat” to enjoy a secluded, peaceful, relaxing time. They have provided games, puzzle books, boom box and many DVD’s to choose from to watch on the flat screen TV.
