MOUTAIN CABIN 2 bedrooms 1 full bath

The cabin has a beautiful open concept floor plan with a vaulted ceiling and custom woodwork. Notty Pine cabinets and granite counter tops create a luxurious kitchen, fully furnished with all the items needed to prepare a wonderful meal.
A wood burning fireplace is a focal point of the combination living/dining room. There is a large deck that has both covered and uncovered area located just off of the living room, perfect for morning coffee and evening relaxation!
The main floor features two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Both bedrooms offer queen beds. The second floor offers a 16x20 spacious loft that also includes a queen size sleeper/sofa.

Being only 8 miles from Eleven Mile Reservoir, guests of our rustic and charming cabin will have access to some of Colorado's finest Gold Medal fishing! In addition to the spectacular fishing, the cabin is surrounded by phenomenal hiking and 4-wheeling trails in Eleven Mile State Park, as well as the surrounding National Forest.

Hunting stay
My hunting buddy and I stayed for a week, it was an amazing cabin and very spacious. Secluded and peaceful, it was so nice to relax after hiking through the woods. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great stay.

Fantastic Stay
We had an excellent time at Kyla's cabin. The pictures online do not do the place justice for how cute and homey it is. We loved that we were tucked away on a dirt road with very close access (20-30 min) to the spots we were fishing. We would absolutely stay here again!

Vacation
Excellent home/cabin beautiful property extremely well maintained and spotless. Had a great time visiting the sights. Our son got married in Colorado while we were there and made this trip even more special. Highly recommend to anyone not wanting to stay in town. It’s quiet, secluded and we saw deer almost every trip in and out. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Country road take me home
Beautiful cabin and property exceeded our expectations. Enough privacy to have the curtains open all day so that we could take in the scenery. Upstairs we had multiple movie nights after dinner to unwind. Very cozy and comfortable. Cooked most days we stayed and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed. Overall a great stay and property. Detailed information was also sent to me for our stay and greatly appreciated. The roads were scenic to and from the cabin into town.

Awesome cabin hidden in the woods
We enjoyed are cabin, we appreciated that we could lock a gate and had lighting outside to feel safe. Although the drive from the main road is rough if you maintain a speed around 35mph it isn't too bad. The near by lake was amazing! And pikes national forest is a must too see! Our daughter enjoyed the upstairs loft and neve came down. Hopefully we can rent this cabin same time next year.

Beautiful, Peaceful Cabin
The cabin exceeded our expectations. It was so cozy and inviting. Pantry was well stocked. We enjoyed the no wifi. It was 6 miles from Eleven Mile Reservoir which is why we were excited to stay there. We fished everyday and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven with us!

Great mountain getaway
This is an amazing property. Clean, updated, fully stocked, quiet, and comfortable! It was exactly as advertised! The owners were communicative and easy to work with! Such a beautiful area and home! Highly recommend if you want to getaway and relax! Remote feeling in the woods but close to town if needed!

Off the Beaten Path
We couldn't ask for a nicer place to stay. After retiring our camper 2 years ago, we have looked for a cabin in the trees, like we used to experience in our camper, off the Beaten Path. This cabin gave us the feeling of being with nature. Our only wish is that this oasis wasn't so far from a paved road. It is a rough ride getting there, but it does have the what it takes to being off the Beaten Path in

Wonderful Cabin
We had a great stay in this secluded cabin. It was very clean and cozy and had plenty of room for our family of four. The cabin had a well stocked kitchen which made it easy for us to cook our meals. The roads are rough to get to the cabin, otherwise everything was perfect!

The cabin was everything exactly as it was listed online. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The seclusion and quiet were what we wanted for a relaxing getaway. Communication was great. We had no troubles at all. Highly recommended!

Amazing!
Communication was perfect! Fast to respond and direct with information. This cabin was pretty kiddo friendly and teen friendly. They have any cooking pans you could think of as well as full laundry set up. This felt like my family's cabin on lake george I grew up at but better. We had an evening visitor from a neighbors pup and he was just the sweetest, kiddos loved seeing him during dinner. Nice to recharge, sled, fish and explore.

Loved the Mountain Cabin getaway!
Very nice and clean mountain cabin getaway for myself and adult son while we fished 2 days on nearby 11 Mike lake. The only frustration was navigating the two sets of combo locks and keys that didn’t match initial doors we tried. Fortunately my son was along to figure gate combo locks had to line up on a top alignment and not center line and the house combo lock numbers were so hard to read that only my son could read them. The keys then didn’t work on door next to locks, so tried on 2nd door, and once we got each key to work on each of 2 locks, then we could enter. It was a maddening experience at the onset but once we figured it out, loved the property.

Cabin is fenced into a smaller property, so there won't be any exploring the woods unless you leave the cabin. The roads are BUMPY dirt roads, so plan accordingly. The cabin has a lot of pans but no pots so bring a pot if you need it!

Absolutely great place
I gave a few 4stars one listing because when I searched for colorado springs this one popped up, it is a solid hour west of Colorado Springs. Don't get me wrong though, it worked out great as we wanted to do things in Buena Vista and it was right between the 2. So location worked out great, just know that when you book. Also only reason less star for neighborhood is the roads. Not the renters fault at all, just the roads are like a full 10 miles of rumble strips to get there. Hard on the van but the house itself was absolutely perfect! We loved our stay and appreciate all that was offered in the home. Thank you!!!
