"The Pine Ranch" is a 2233sf house that sits on a private 4+ acre wooded ranch in the Colorado Springs Black Forest area. It's close to everything including: restaurants, shopping, and fairly close to tourist attractions. A small herd of deer and fox frequent the property. The living room has a TV, fireplace and fast wifi. The large basement features foosball, air hockey, bar, and a 10-foot movie screen. The backyard features a 6-person hot tub, propane fire pit and dining area.

The house is fully furnished and each room is unique. It features 1 King, 3 Queens, 2 Twins, and 2 Full-Size folding mattresses. There' is a portable air conditioner in the family room and primary bedroom (during the Summer months) and overhead fans in the bedrooms to keep it comfortable. The private property is huge and you will not have to share it with anyone else! You are in Colorado Springs (minutes from restaurants and stores) but the peaceful forest makes you feel far from the city.

You may notice that the cleaning fee we charge is lower than similar listings. We don't make money on fees; in fact, we lose money on every cleaning because we pay our cleaners more than we charge. As owners who also manage, we are proud of our house so we inspect and sign off on every cleaning before you arrive. Our crew averages 8 man hours on every cleaning. The spa is serviced and sanitized between every booking. Everything is sterilized, including appliances, door knobs, sinks, toilets, showers, tables and countertops. Carpets are vacuumed and hardwood floors are mopped. All bedding and pillows are washed. We believe this focus on cleanliness is what separates us from hotels and other listings.

Please note that this space has not been child-proofed, the 4 acre yard is not mowed or manicured so wildlife can thrive (deer and foxes frequent the property), and there is an outdoor security camera above the garage facing the driveway. We are allergic to dogs so we have a strict no dogs policy. if you want to bring a dog, please book somewhere else.

June 2023 Family vacation and this house was perfect for our family. We took excursions everyday to local hot spots (Pikes, Peak, Royal Gorge, Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Castle Rock Outlet Malls, Helen Hunt waterfall) then came home to a restful and relaxing house with a hot tub. The basement is awesome with games and a huge TV area for the kids. Deer and Horses are in the backyard sometimes. We had an age range of 65 to 18 months. Kitchen was stocked with so many amenities. Such a great location on a lot of land. Thank you Travis!

Perfect for families
Pines Ranch made a perfect home base for my large family during my daughterā€™s wedding weekend. It is one of the most well-stocked rentals Iā€™ve stayed in. They have thought of everything. It was like Cristinaā€™s morning when my grandkids discovered the cabinet of toys! We enjoyed hot tub soaks,. The hosts were quick to respond to communication, checked in to see if we needed anything, and were very accommodating.

Family Wedding Weekend
The property was perfect for our families and our trip. We came to Colorado Springs for my sisters wedding and it was the perfect places to have the bridal party come for hair and make up the day of and meeting place before and after adventures. The property worked well for us with 2 kids who needed entertaining and the kitchen for family meals. The best part was the communication with the property owners, they were very easy and accommodating.

We stayed here for a couple of nights to visit Pikes Peak and Colorado Springs. we had a great time, the house was great. Clean, roomy and the kids absolutely loved the basement. Check-in was super easy and communication with the host was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Great, relaxing stay
We visited Colorado Springs for a family wedding. This house had so much to offer and was a perfect fit for our family visit. The basement was great for kids and allowed the upstairs to be a quiet space for our infant. The highchair and baby gate were so helpful and made us feel right at home. What a nice view and peaceful backyard. Everyone enjoyed watching the deer and even the horse next door. Overall, great experience. Very responsive property manager, too!

Birthday Weekend
We wanted a place to celebrate our son's 18th birthday, and this was perfect! Plenty of space in the house for 5 18yr old boys and then 5 adults as well. We really just needed a place to sleep though because we spent all of our time outside enjoying the property! We brought our cornhole boards, a disc golf basket, played wiffle ball baseball, enjoyed the outdoor dining set and the hot tub. Such a great family/friend weekend and loved getting those "kids" off the gaming systems and outside, making memories. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect for families
This was the perfect place to spend a weekend with friends and family. There is so much space to accommodate a large group and activities to go along. The air hockey table and large property kept everyone entertained and occupied. It was a wonderful stay and the owner was very quick to respond when we needed something. We had the most incredible time at this home. It was absolutely everything described in the listing and MORE!! The hosts were amazing... great communication. All questions are answered in great detail in documents at the home. These hosts have thought of everything!! The place was super clean and the amenities were fantastic! Great Time at the Ranch
5 older gentlemen gathered here for 4 days of fun and frivolity and the Pines was a great host. Lots of great games and house amenities made for a very enjoyable and competitive gathering. Beautiful, secluded grounds and a house with everything we needed made the Pines a a wonderful home for us.
