Make yourself comfortable in this extraordinary historic 1923 bungalow, just under 1,500 square feet, and perfectly located in the central part of Colorado Springs!

This eye catching, quiet, and very safe neighborhood is ideal for a truly perfect vacation in Colorado Springs. Our desire is for our guests to feel exclusively considered before their arrival. Therefore, we donā€™t cut corners! The ā€œWildflower Coloradoā€ Vacation Home is perfectly outfitted with luxury furnishings and centrally located.

We have lived here our whole lives, so we know about secret hiking trails and the best places to eat in town!
Our family also owns and operates two other VRBO properties entitled ā€œColumbine Coloradoā€ (VRBO# 2224819) and ā€œNative Coloradoā€ (VRBO #1307253). Please read our outstanding reviews!

Adorned with natural elements, this home features the inspiring colors of the majestic Colorado mountain region. Coloradoā€™s native wildflowers and outdoor beauty have been attractively brought indoors. Youā€™ll love the original hardwood floors, French doors, heated tile floor in the bathroom, enormous windows for letting in Colorado sunbeams, and the newly remodeled, fully stocked kitchen (complete with stainless steel appliances). The home is fully Air-Conditioned. The open-concept living room flows effortlessly into the dining room for entertaining. Enjoy free High Speed Wi-Fi, the comfortable couch, new queen beds featuring high-quality hypoallergenic mattresses, new bed linens and coverings from Pottery Barn, new large stainless steel kitchen appliances and small appliances, and artwork painted by the owner!

The home is a just around the corner from fantastic downtown coffee shops, restaurants, and minutes from walking paths, hiking trails, and gorgeous mountain views! Centrally located to everything Colorado Springs has to offer! Wildflower Colorado is within walking distance to the Olympic Training Center. And it is just 5 minutes from two golf courses; a 5 minute drive to Colorado College and downtown Colorado Springs. Pikes Peak, Cog Railway, Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs are a short 12-15 minute drive. Additionally, you will be only 14 minutes to the Air Force Academy, Peterson Air Force Base and Fort Carson. 19 minutes from the Colorado Springs Airport. 20 minutes to The Cheyenne Mountain Zoo.

The luxurious new plush towels will leave you feeling like royalty. Vintage glass doorknobs & skeleton keys in each door! So unique!

ā€¢ Large, downstairs laundry room with front loading washer and dryer. Ironing board, iron, folding table, drying racks, and laundry detergent provided.

The main level of our house is wheelchair accessible, but there are two steps up to the back door.

We have wooden puzzles, board games, learning toys, board books, and much more!

*** Large HD TV and Smart Blu-Ray DVD Player, High speed wireless internet, Netflix streaming, Bose Surround Sound System

2 Over-sized Garage spaces available for use, can also park another 2 large cars in the concrete driveway. Plenty of room for parking on the street as well.

*** Allergy Friendly
No smoking inside the home or outside on the property. We require a clean air environment, and we would prefer that smokers do not stay here.
Please, no pets. Please, do not burn candles or incense while in our home.

*** Our clean team is the best!
We, the owners, are the housekeeping and landscaping team. We work hard and do not cut corners. You will arrive to a home that is sparkling clean, well-organized, and ready for you to enjoy. Our clean team is all in the family, and we enjoy working on the property together.

Just a few of the things we provide in our rentals that no other rentals do:

1. New towels every 6 months.
2. New bed linens every 6 months.
3. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, cotton balls, q-tips, hand lotion, Kleenex, body lotion, make-up remover wipes, a hairdryer, and toilet paper. (Believe it or not, most rentals don't provide toilet paper. They request you bring your own!)
4. We supply paper towels, dish soap and laundry detergent, and basic kitchen spices.
5. A clean team that is within the family. We take pride in our rentals, because they are our homes. We ensure that each rental is cleaned thoroughly and "little touches" of hospitality are felt by each guest.
6. We really care that you have a wonderful experience. Many other rentals are offered only for Air Force Academy events or certain weeks a year, and the owner has very little experience in maintaining a quality VRBO. We have 17 years of expertise in running a VRBO, and to ensure our guests have the greatest stay in Colorado Springs possible!

Check in as early as 4PM, and check out as late as 10AM.

Cute House!

We loved the house! We had everything we needed. The hostess thought of everything we would need to stay there. The beds are so comfy! The house was decorated so cute! It is in a great location close to the main city and hiking areas and the neighborhood is quiet. We loved hanging out on the front porch and watching people walk their dogs. We would love to come back and stay there again.

Attention to detail

Sarah and family had complete attention to detail. So many amenities. Her mother baked cookies and made us feel so welcome at this vrbo. Many places to eat even within 1 mile. The house was by garden of the gods and the Cheyenne zoo and the restaurants in the area did not disappoint at all. In her complete rundown of the area we had eaten from the places that we have never heard of before. The culinary arts race was on when it comes to food. Inside the house was cozy the sheets where soft and pillows were fluffy the carpets and rooms were very clean the bathroom had a beautiful shower and soapā€™s conditioner and body soap that we took advantage of. Coffee was on the house and a great set up at that. We sat on the front porch on the rainy day and enjoyed the rocking chairs that were plentiful along with a porch swing. Nice touches and a great place to call home away from home. If I were one to stay again I would ask her if they have any other properties and I did. They do own even bigger properties. With this much attention to detail how could you not want to come back. Thanks again we had a blast and slept well. Donā€™t forgot to go to the flying w ranch and enjoy wonderful entertainment but while your at the house enjoy the peace and quiet and maybe a dip in the hot tub.

A Perfect Stay!

Sarah runs a beautiful VRBO! Super clean! Kitchen was one of the best! Had every appliance and utensil needed for cooking. Large cooler provided for picnics which we used. House and yard immaculately maintained. Beautifully decorated. Fresh flowers in most of the rooms!Checkin was simple with no issues. Sarah is easy to contact with any questions and is like talking with a friend. The neighborhood was very quiet and neighbors friendly when walking around. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would stay again if we return to the area!

We had a wonderful weekend in Colorado Springs. The home is exactly as advertised. We were greeted with homemade cookies and fresh flowers. The rocking chairs on the porch provides a peaceful space for reading. Sarah was exceptional communicating with us as we faced travel challenges. We recommend highly.

Wonderful place to stay and close to everything!

This adorable place is perfect for two couples or a small family. It is close to everything - Pike's Peak, the Manitou Incline, Garden of the Gods and an amazing trail system. Groceries also close by with a fully stocked kitchen. Very clean and tidy. Every detail was thought of by these hosts. We arrived to freshly baked cookies (3 kinds), fresh cut flowers, a personalized note and comfy robes laid out in the bedrooms. Coffee and tea were provided and some nice bottles of wine were available to purchase. The hosts were beyond responsive, suggesting places to eat, a church and making sure our every need was met. I highly recommend staying here.

Another great stay!

I love Wildflower Co! We've stayed here multiple times because it's perfect for us. I love that the kitchen is stocked with everything you would possibly need. Actually, each room is like that. From luxury shampoos and fresh flowers in the bathroom to a fully stocked desk drawer including post-it notes, this house is like living in Real Simple magazine where everything is neat, organized, and just where you need it. Forgot sunscreen? It's in the drawer. Then there's the really luxurious hot tub outside, which is extra relaxing in the crisp Colorado night air! Last but not least, everytime you go anywhere, beautiful Pike's Peak takes your breath away. I love this cozy home with everyday access to natural splendor!

We celebrated our 44th anniversary by traveling to the Springs for sports and hiking (Garden of the Gods and Manitou Incline) The house location is a perfect basecamp for all these great activities and 10 -15 minute drive to stores and restaurants in downtown. The house is excellently appointed, special touches to make your stay comfortable. Added bonus was enjoying the awesome hot tub after all our activities and the enclosed garage for our car. Home baked cookies was a very nice touch too! We would definitely stay here again for our couples weekends in the Springs.

Perfect stay!

The Wildflower Colorado bungalow was by far the BEST vacation rental Iā€™ve stayed in. Immaculate, charming, warm, inviting and comfortable gem made for a lovely stay. Nice neighborhood, quiet and peaceful, close to everything. Exceptional host who thought of everything, excellent communication. Everything was absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend and very much looking forward to staying here again!

Christmas vacation

This beautiful bungalow was in such a great location. In walking distance of Colorado College, and downtown. Our host was easy to get a hold of and very accommodating. We stayed over Christmas and the house was decorated beautifully with a Christmas tree and decorations. The kitchen was full of every appliance you would ever need. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house / wonderful host

10/10 host! Probably one of the best VRBOā€™s weā€™ve stayed at. Clean and fully stocked kitchen and house amenities. Beds were comfortable, the house was decorated beautifully. Fresh flowers and cookies when we arrived. We overall great vibe!
