Great place!
My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and it was amazing! If you like hiking and the outdoors this place is a no brainier! Walking distance to Garden of the Gods and a short drive to everywhere else. Would stay here again!

Wonderful Experience
This Vrbo is nestled right in the mountain with amazing views and wildlife. It is also right across from a horse ranch, which I highly recommend visiting, so even on the mornings we’re deer are scarce you can see the horses

Amazing vacation stay
We wanted a nice, clean, relaxing place for our vacation that still offered plenty of things to do. This place was perfect! Beautiful, exceptionally clean, and centrally located to all we wanted to do. Watched horses, does, and numerous bucks every night. Wish we could give this place and owner more than 5 stars!!! numerous bucks every night.

Anniversary Trip
Wonderful cottage, very clean and nice. Well located to Garden of the Gods. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host does an excellent job with all the amenities, even wine for a nominal donation. Highly recommend. The only thing that was a little surprise was the smell of the horse stable when we arrived and periodically during our stay. Would recommend and would love to stay again!

Friend Reunion Weekend
This was an amazing property and location for our trip! We ziplined with nearby Adventures Out West and had a blast, hiked Garden of the Gods, window shopped, and dined at nearby restaurants. But honestly it was hard to leave to do anything because this was such a relaxing spot! The views are wonderful and outdoor space is private because the home is located on a private drive. Highly recommend for any group, unless you can’t do stairs. We can’t wait to come back!

Everything we needed was in the unit. The owners live very close and can respond quickly with any issues. The unit has also been well cared for. There is a horse stable near by, so if you do not like horses that might be an issue. The location is unbeatable for seeing all the things in and around Colorado Springs.

Marcia was so very helpful and gave lots of tips. I think she has thought of everything from a wine fridge to amenities in the bathroom and a well stocked kitchen. Great location !

The best location for seeing it all!
This place was exactly what we were looking for. Just a couple minute drive from Garden of the Gods (perfectly walkable as well), close to Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City, and about an hour drive to the top of Pikes Peak. The home has everything needed for cooking as well as a gas grill. The neighborhood is quiet and out of the way of heavy traffic. Even though we didnt meet the hosts, we felt very welcomed. We appreciated the snacks and coffee. Hope to stay here again some day!

What an incredible getaway! Very quiet and private. Coffee on the patio with mountain views was my favorite part. My toddler loved seeing the horses across the street! Very close to all the fun in Manitou Springs. Easy access to the city or hiking. Very accommodating hosts, comfortable beds, big closets, tons of natural lighting, stocked kitchen, wine cooler, beautiful landscaping... you don't have to leave your VRBO to enjoy your vacation.

Long weekend getaway
The house was exactly as described. Nice neighborhood conveniently located to a ton of attractions. Hosts were gracious enough to think of everything we needed. Kitchen has ample supplies of everything we could want for cooking there. Gas grill was nice one night. Bathrooms had ample supplies for our stay. Even the laundry room had enough tide pods to do a couple loads of laundry, we didn't need to bring some with just in case. Fit out vacation perfectly. Would 100% stay here again!! Thank you so much for thinking of everything we could have needed and then some with the welcome snack assortment.

Exceeded Our Expectations
This was our first time visiting Colorado and this VRBO was a great place to call home for 5 nights. This place exceeded our expectations. From the first look when you pull into the driveway to the personalized goodie basket on the kitchen counter. This was a 10 out of 10. It is close to everything you’d want to see in the Colorado Springs area. We toured Garden of the Gods 4 times since we were so close. The home is well cared for and very clean. I really appreciated all the suggestions/brochures on places to visit and restaurants to eat at. We would definitely stay here again.

Home. Everything you need. Close to groceries and you can walk right onto hiking trails.. no need to drive miles and miles to hike. I'm a nerd that is very out of shape but at the end of the week was walking the palmer trails .. beautiful and nice to see I could get my bones on those hills and quickly get back to comfort... Nice people and care in providing you with a home to walk off the trails to begin relaxing.

Ideal vacation spot
The apartment was exactly as advertised. Clean and airy inside, with a lovely patio outside. We thoroughly enjoyed nearby Garden of the Gods and Old Colorado City. In the evenings, we were visited by the mule deer passing through. The Welcome book has directions to the attractions and to the nearest grocery, and the Eats book has suggestions for local restaurants. We found a nice basket of snacks when we arrived, which was very much appreciated after traveling all day to reach our vacation destination. I would definitely recommend this property to others.
