The Space:
Welcome to our inviting space in Colorado Springs! The bedroom features a comfy queen bed adorned with extra blankets for added coziness, along with convenient amenities like a dresser, nightstand, and bedside lamps. Stay cool with the ceiling fan during warmer months. In the fully equipped kitchen, you'll find all the cookware essentials you need for preparing delicious meals. The spacious living room offers ample seating and entertainment with a 50" Smart TV. Parking is a breeze with up to 6 spaces available in the driveway. Refresh in the full bathroom, where towels, soaps, and even pool towels are provided. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. Outside, unwind in the garden area with a BBQ grill. Plus, we're dog-friendly, so bring your furry friends along for the adventure!

Guest Access:
Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.

We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.

Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

Nearby, Manitou Springs offers unique boutiques, art galleries, and the famous Manitou Incline for outdoor enthusiasts. With easy access to highways, you can also venture further to explore attractions like Pikes Peak, the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, and the bustling downtown area. Whether you're seeking outdoor adventure or cultural exploration, our neighborhood provides the perfect base for your Colorado getaway!

Getting Around:
We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.

House Rules Required

AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.

NO SMOKING inside.

Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.

Wood burning fireplaces or open fires are prohibited due to safety precautions. Please review Colorado wildfire prevention tips and resources to help prevent wildfires and protect our great outdoors.

This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!

* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog/week). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals.

Type of Cooling for the Home
Although the home doesn't have central AC our evenings in this region are generally cool in the summer time, simply opening the windows will provide natural coolness.

-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.

Didn’t stay past one hour
Too hot in the home to stay, not well ventilated enough to cool off on warm days. If you want privacy on the first floor from the neighborhood you won’t have it. Bathroom on first floor and bedroom on second floor with the stairs in full view of front door to street view. Management of the property would not let me have a refund because all was told through the pictures, as I was told. The yard was all overgrown weeds.
