"Wow! What an amazing stay! We arrived to a deer waiting at the welcome sign and visits daily from our woodland friends. The unit was in pristine condition. Beds were clean and comfortable. Bath was clean, plenty of towels and great shower water pressure. The kitchen had every convenance - very clean and appliances easy to use. (It did take a minute to realize there was an on/off button on the back of the Keurig - haha)Outside the hot tub was a nightly hit and the lovely chair and fireplace...

"Quiet, felt safe, comfy bed, like an oasis in the city. I would stay again. Great communication with host. Recommend!"

"Clean rooms, hostess was super awesome and accommodating. Scenery and wildlife in front yard were breathtaking. When in the area, I would DEFINITELY stay here again. "

"No response for request for keys, never received request for info email; immediaye voice mail with no call back. HAD TO GET A ROOM ELSEWHERE. Hotels.com should NOT offer this place to stay when it is confirmed you get no help/immediate response. It was 7 pm at night, NOT the 10 pm advertised late check in."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The rental was very clean and the atmosphere was bright and very comfortable. Marta, our host, was very friendly and responsive to any question or need that we might have had. She made us feel extremely welcome and cared for. Having a kitchen greatly served our purposes, and helped us to save on meals. I think the rental provided a good value for us. If we come back to Colorado Springs, Marta’s place will be first on our list to seek availability."

"We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Its location near Garden of the Gods was perfect, no need to get on the highway. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others."

"My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at this cute studio for a long weekend during her spring break. It was centrally located to be a convenient drive to the places we wanted to visit and was in walking distance to grocery stores, pharmacies, strip malls, etc. The kitchen was perfect for reheating meals to be able to eat in a few times and everything was comfortable and clean. "This was the most beautiful place we’ve ever rented. The views are stunning and the property itself is gorgeous. Very nice hosts who provided above and beyond what you could need. Very fast response time too. "

"The owners were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed seeing the deers in the neighborhood and looked forward to seeing them every day as well as on the property. The property was charming and clean with a beautiful view of the town, especially at night with the city light. We also loved sitting in front of the fireplace and talking about our day."

"The basement was great for what we needed. A landing place after a fun day of adventures! The view of Pikes Peak from the living room and kitchen was stellar!! There were so many extra blankets provided and they were warm! We needed to use them because per the listing there is no central heating (and maybe even no AC for cooling as we are not sure since it was cooler and didn’t need AC we don’t know) and the space heater worked, but we needed more (from Texas ;)). They provide ear plugs which is...

"We visited Colorado Springs from KY last week. Our family of 5 was comfortable in this adorable house. It was close to attractions we visited including Garden of the Gods and the Colorado Springs zoo. Great outdoor space to relax in the evening. The only real complaint was lack of towels, we ended up buying a few from Walmart to supplement. "
