"I enjoy the property because its not extremely close to main roads which feels safer, but its the staff that make the stay. I had to come here for a devastating life event, but the good mood of the staff and the kindness make the environment very welcoming. I also felt very safe "

"The property isn’t fancy, but what exactly what we needed. The staff was friendly & let us check in quite early. It’s the perfect location for Estes & RMNP entrance as well. The room was great & we enjoyed sitting outside under the pergola in the evenings. "

"What a great stay. Great group of employees. Stayed three nights, and had booked two rooms for our family. Close to everything. Rooms were very clean, and though we stayed 3 nights, our rooms were cleaned every day. We had stayed here before, four years ago, and nothing really has changed. The employees make you feel like family. It’s good to go some where and see others having a great time visiting with each other and enjoying the pool."
