Spacious Condo, Private Beach on Lake, Amazing Sunsets! Heated Pool in Summer.

Welcome to our recently updated spacious west coast Michigan retreat.

Take a short walk, or golf cart ride (included in rental May through October) to a PRIVATE sandy lake Michigan beach area, or spend a day exploring neighboring tourist spots in St. Joseph/South Haven only a short drive away.

Our lovely 2100 square feet condo unit located on the second floor of a multi-unit lodge building that's surrounded by a peaceful wooded area. To get inside, you'll go up a few steps to our private entrance on the North side of the building that leads to a porch. Once inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen that's perfect for cooking your favorite meals, as well as a cozy dining nook where you can enjoy them.

The condo rental comes with a designated parking spot that is conveniently located right across from the entry stairs. Additional unassigned parking available on the south side of the building. No parking of any personal watercraft, motorized sport vehicles, campers, or trailers are permitted on the property.

The living and dining areas are spacious and inviting, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. There are also four comfortable sleeping spaces that include two king-size beds, two queen-size beds, and a twin bunk bed that's perfect for kids. We have two bathrooms with all the essentials, including towels and linens.

We want you to feel right at home, so we provide all the necessary amenities, including internet, heating, and air conditioning. You'll also find a microwave, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker in the kitchen. There are two big screen TVs set up for you to log in to your streaming channels via Xfinity FLEX (sorry, no cable).

Your safety is our top priority, which is why we have smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, and a fenced outdoor pool. To ensure that everyone enjoys a peaceful experience, we ask that guests be at least 25 years old and respect quiet time between 11 pm and 8:30 am.

Please note that this is our second home, and our family has significant allergies, so SMOKING and PETS are NOT allowed inside the condo at any time.

During your stay, you'll have access to the entire condo space. However, please note that a few cabinets will be locked as they contain our personal items.

The backyard houses a community swimming pool. The pool is usually heated and open late June through early September, subject to weather, maintenance, and repairs. Availability is not under the host's control. No refunds or discounts will be given if the pool is unavailable.

Our property is located in the countryside of West Michigan and is conveniently situated near many local attractions. Here are some of the fun things you can do in the area:

- Visit Lake Michigan's beautiful beaches and enjoy the sunshine, swimming, and building sandcastles with your loved ones.

- Experience a fun-filled day at Jollay U-Pick Fruit Orchards where you can pick your own fruit, go on hayrides, and navigate corn mazes.

- Play a round of golf at Harbor Shores, home of the 2020 PGA Senior Championship.

- Explore unique shops and restaurants in South Haven or St. Joseph.
Attend one of the many festivals in the area, such as the Blueberry Festival, Apple Festival, or Wine Festival.

- Visit Holland's charming downtown shops, restaurants, and tulip gardens.

- Take your kids to fun activities in St. Joseph and South Haven, such as the Curious Kids' Museum, Silver Beach Carousel, South Haven Lighthouse, St. Joseph Public Library's children's area, Michigan Maritime Museum, Kids' Corner playground, or the Kal-Haven Trail for biking or hiking.

- Enjoy winter sports at nearby ski resorts, or explore the world of flight at the Air Zoo, an aerospace and science museum featuring interactive exhibits and rides.
