"The quiet setting of this old farmhouse provided a calm retreat from the hectic days of sightseeing. Giacomo was a gracious host, meeting us when we arrived, giving us numerous helpful tips about sightseeing and restaurants, things to do and places to see. The spacious bedrooms of the house and views of the countryside are beautiful. There are stairs to negotiate, and having a vehicle is helpful. "

"Wir haben unseren Kurzurlaub dort sehr genossen, das Haus ist ist sehr schön und hat viel Charme. Zu viert in dem Haus muss man sich aber schon mögen, der Platz wird dann etwas eng, für zwei ist es optimal. Wunderschönes Areal rund ums Haus, für die Anfahrt sollte man jedoch kein Fahranfänger sein. Massimo, der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.Wer Ruhe, einen tollen Ausblick und Privatsphäre sucht, wird hier fündig."

"My husband and I drove from Naples to enjoy the beautiful Tuscany scenery amidst our travels throughout Italy. Unbeknownst to us, GPS guided us on a much different path than we expected. A narrow winding unpaved trail up the mountain side was not what we expected and we decided to work our way down before getting stuck on the mountain path with a flat tire. "We had a wonderful week with our family. Giovanni is a very friendly and helpful host. The house is surrounded by so much beautiful nature. Having breakfast on the terrace with a stunning view over the Tuscan hills is like paradise. Still on walking distance you can find a bakery for a morning coffee, a pizzeria and other shops and it is only 10 minutes driving to Lucca center.
