Blankets and pillow cases were visibly stained (makeup and dirt). I asked for new ones, and they handed me freshly washed ones (still warm from the laundry) that also had visible stains. My daughter was distressed about it, I told her they were clean, even though they were dirty. All that said, *every* worker I came across was SO friendly and willing to help us, they were truly outstanding, and doing the best with what they are able to offer. I think it is just a corporate/regional choice to keep linens in rotation even when they have stains that won’t come out. Also thought it was funny that the pillows were square shaped: Looking closer, we saw they were regular sized, but they were so floppy and worn out that they had to be folded in half in order to feel like a pillow at all. We asked for new ones, (and again the staff were SO friendly and eager to help) but all they had to give were more floppy ones). I suspect it’s also a corporate/regional choice to keep things in rotation a little longer, make them last. I get it, times are tough for all of us, but we’ll pay a little more to stay somewhere else in the future.
