Guest Access:
Please ensure you activate your key code by signing the e-rental agreement (link sent to you in messages). Be sure to pull the door shut completely, and let the lock cycle finish before you try to enter (or the deadbolt will stick). If you have any issues accessing the property, please call Guest Services.

The Neighborhood:
Enjoy a mature neighborhood with working age locals, and the occasional graduate student. Policed frequently, the area is very safe, serene, filled with several parks, sport courts, and water activities for summer. Easy access to a few major roads (HW6 and Wellborn) makes your trips a breeze to A&M campus, sporting events, graduations, and errands. You really won’t need to drive more than 10min for most needs during your stay!

Getting Around:
Uber / Lyft are easy & quick to hail, and Busses run on Texas A&M Football game days.

We require a rental agreement to be signed by booking guest. We also have noise decibel readers to prevent large parties & noise disturbances.

We do allow INDOOR pets only with a $149 non-refundable pet fee & reserve the right to charge for additional urine cleaning, fleas or damage.
