Aggieland Vacation Rentals requires guests to be a minimum of 25 years or older to sign the booking agreement and be responsible for all guests in the party. As a locally owned and operated company, we give you peace of mind that your reservations are always protected and secure!

Discover the peaceful haven of Blue Ridge Hideaway, a secluded retreat nestled in the woods. While you explore the grounds, be on the lookout for our friendly wildlife. Venture further, and you’ll find fantastic local dining options like Posche’s, Koppe Bridge, and Holleman’s Tavern.

Take a refreshing dip in the pool, or if you’re in the mood for a cozy evening, simply let the homeowner know if you’d like to have a fire in the outdoor fire pit; they’ll gladly set it up for you! The outdoor space is perfect for unwinding under the stars or gathering with friends and family around the warm glow of the fire.

Access your private entrance off the garage and ascend the stairs to discover the stunning theater room and living area. This space features a 60-inch HD flat-screen TV with Dish Network, free Wi-Fi, and a Wii game system stocked with various games. The cozy couch also doubles as a sofa sleeper, providing additional accommodation for two guests, making it an ideal spot for movie nights or game days.

Tiffany-style lighting adds a touch of elegance to the foyer and kitchenette, which comes equipped with a refrigerator, stainless steel sink, microwave, popcorn maker, and blender—perfect for your snack and beverage needs (please note there’s no cooking equipment or stove). The full bath offers all essential amenities, showcasing a beautifully designed stone-accented shower, cork floors, a glass sink, and a stunning crystal-accented mirror. For an enchanting experience, sneak outside at night to enjoy an outdoor shower under the moonlight.

Retreat to the sanctuary of the bedroom, featuring a queen-size bed adorned with luxurious linens, bedside nightstands, and a TV equipped with a Firestick for your entertainment. Wall-mounted sconces provide perfect lighting for nighttime reading, and an oversized walk-in closet offers ample space for your belongings. Conveniently located just 10-15 minutes from Kyle Field and Texas A&M University, Blue Ridge Hideaway is the perfect rental for Aggies celebrating graduations, parent weekends, baseball games, and more. Your peaceful getaway awaits!

The property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas which record audio and video. All devices are on the exterior of the property.

Guest MUST digitally sign the Booking Agreement prior to check-in. Booking guest must be 25 years or older to reserve and digitally sign the Booking Agreement.

1. Smoking: Smoking is NOT allowed in or on our properties. If the cleaning crew or Booking Agent detects any evidence of smoking, we will retain $400 of your deposit to deodorize the home.

2. Heating & Cooling: Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer as the unit could freeze and Guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating / cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees.

3. Visitors: People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If we find unauthorized guests have stayed a fee of $300 will be retained from your deposit plus $25 per person.

4. Guest Responsibilities: All of the properties are privately owned. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners and Booking Agent are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they allow to use the premises.

5. Property Maintenance: Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. The Guests will maintain the premises in good order and appearance and will conduct themselves in a manner inoffensive to neighbors. Our properties are not intended to be party houses. Parties are prohibited.

6. Household Appliances & Furniture: Only use appliances for their intended uses. Do not use high heat or metal utensils with Teflon pans. Do not take indoor furniture outside the property.

7. Pet Policy: Pets are allowed in our pet-friendly properties only if Booking Agent and Homeowner agreed prior to booking. Pet deposits are $400, of which $200 is non-refundable. If any pets are found in the properties without previous agreement with Booking Agent, Guest will be fined a pet deposit and booking will be terminated. Please clean up after your pet in yard, neighborhood and parks.

8. Parking: Parking on the concrete driveway just past the garage, you will see your entrance on the side of the garage. (at the outdoor shower)

9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour.

10. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clogs the plumbing system, Guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair.

11. Fires & Grill: Fires are not allowed on the property; absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. There is a summer kitchen with grill for the main house, if you would like to use it please request permission. If you would like to request a fire in the fire pit just give us a time and we will arrange for it to be going for you and have additional firewood stacked near it for you.

12. Personal Items: Guests will need to provide their own paper goods. An initial set up of trash liners, toilet paper (one in each bathroom) and hand soap is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Guest (i.e., tooth paste, soap, extra toilet paper, shampoo, sunscreen, etc.).

13. Trash: No trash or other items may be left on the property or outside the front door. ALL trash must be BAGGED when placed in dumpster per the City of Bryan- College Station. There will be a $20 charge if this rule was not followed.

14. Secure the Property: Leave key in the door as you found it upon arrival. Contact Booking Agent immediately should any difficulty arise in properly securing the property.

15. Events: If Guest wishes to have an event at the property, permission must be obtained from Booking Agent and Homeowner. An event fee will be added.

16. REMINDER: Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. The Homeowner or Booking Agent may enter the premises at any time without securing prior permission from the Guest. Any Guest who is found using illegal drugs or allows others to use illegal drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy at these premises.

Great place! Nice and Clean! Will definitely stay there again! We couldn’t get the TV to work and the deadbolt was not in line, so we couldn’t get it locked.

Absolutely charming!!
This is truly a great little place! It’s so cozy and the ultimate movie room getaway. This has given my wife and I inspiration to finish our media room and guest quarters and will absolutely be where we come and stay visiting our kid at A&M. The owner is extremely helpful and sweet.

My husband and I stayed here for parents’ weekend at Texas A&M. First of all, I appreciate the fact that the owner did not overprice the property for this weekend. A $100 hotel room will cost you $400-$500 that weekend which is why we started looking at other options. This is a garage apartment that has been renovated and redone. Nicely decorated and stocked. Nice bathroom. Fridge and sink and coffee pot. Comfortable bed and pullout couch. Owner offers up the use of the pool which is beautiful. It is slightly off the beaten path, out in the country, but still close to A&M. Nice quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

This place is too cute!! Very clean & very quiet! It is quite a find so close to town. We were in town for my son’s Aggie Ring Dunk & tailgate, so it was a fantastic retreat after the hustle & bustle of game day traffic!
