Welcome to Aggie Oasis! Our luxury condo is in a beautiful, gated community one mile from Texas A&M University Campus. You can walk, bike, drive, or ride the shuttle bus to campus. We are located on the shuttle bus route 35 Hullabaloo right outside of the complex gate. Located on the first floor so there are no stairs to climb! Dedicated parking spot right beside the front door!
The main living area is a cozy, charming space to relax and enjoy visiting with family and friends or watching the game. The sofa can be made into a bed for overflow, so invite a couple of friends to stay if you wish.
A Keurig awaits you and your favorite coffee in the mornings. Gleaming granite countertops, a small yet useful pantry, and a fully furnished kitchen. The washer and dryer for your convenience are located off the kitchen in the closet area.
The bedroom features a king-size bed, a cozy full bathroom with a shower-tub combination, alongside a walk-in closet. The bedroom has direct access to the fenced patio space that greets you when you walk out the gate to the enchanting neighborhood resort-style pool. The clubhouse includes a fitness center, study spaces, a business center, as well as a theater room. Make a theater room reservation in advance to enjoy a night of fun with friends and family.

Aggie Oasis makes it a perfect spot for Game Day Weekends, Graduations, and Ring Weekends with friends and family or long-term stays. Call us today to book your trip to Aggieland and stay at the beautiful executive condo called Aggie Oasis!
The property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas which record audio and video. All devices are on the exterior of the property.
Guest MUST digitally sign the Booking Agreement prior to check-in. Booking guest must be 25 years or older to reserve and digitally sign the Booking Agreement.
1. Smoking: Smoking is NOT allowed in or on our properties. If the cleaning crew or booking agent detects any evidence of smoking, we will retain $400 of your deposit to deodorize the home.
2. Heating & Cooling: Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer as the unit could freeze and the Guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees.
3. Visitors: People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight on the property. If we find unauthorized guests have stayed a fee of $300 will be retained from your deposit plus $25 per person.
4. Guest Responsibilities: All the properties are privately owned. The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners and Booking Agent are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they allow to use the premises.
5. Property Maintenance: Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. The Guests will maintain the premises in good order and appearance and will conduct themselves in a manner inoffensive to neighbors. Our properties are not intended to be party houses. Parties are prohibited.
6. Household Appliances & Furniture: Only use appliances for their intended uses. Do not use high heat or metal utensils with Teflon pans. Do not take indoor furniture outside the property.
7. Pet Policy: AGGIE OASIS IS NOT PET FRIENDLY: Pets are allowed in our pet-friendly properties only if the Booking Agent and Homeowner agreed prior to booking. Pet deposits are $400, of which $200 is non-refundable. If any pets are found in the property without previous agreement with the Booking Agent, the Guest will be fined a pet deposit and the booking will be terminated. Please clean up after your pet in the yard, neighborhood, and parks. Additional information is in the Pet Addendum.
8. Parking: Parking is allowed in the parking spaces marked with the unit number. Towing is enforced. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour.
10. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clogged the plumbing system, the Guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair.
11. Fires & Grill: Fires are not allowed on the property; absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. Grills are not allowed on the patios or balcony.
12. Personal Items: Guests will need to provide their own paper goods. An initial setup of trash liners, toilet paper (1-2 in each bathroom), and hand soap are provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Guest (i.e., toothpaste, soap, extra toilet paper, shampoo, sunscreen, etc.).
13. Trash: No trash or other items may be left on the property or outside the front door. ALL trash must be BAGGED when placed in a dumpster per the City of Bryan/College Station. There will be a $20 charge if this rule is not followed.
14. Secure the Property: Close all blinds and shades and secure all doors and windows. Contact the Booking Agent immediately should any difficulty arise in properly securing the property.
15. Events: If the Guest wishes to have an event at the property, permission must be obtained from the Booking Agent and Homeowner. An event fee will be added.
16. REMINDER: Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. The Homeowner or Booking Agent may enter the premises at any time without securing prior permission from the Guest. Any Guest who is found using illegal drugs or allows others to use illegal drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy at these premises.
17. Equipment: Should there be security cameras, guests may not alter, tamper with, or access in any way. Failure to follow this rule will result in charges to the Guest for the full amount of the damage caused by such failure.
18. Obey all rules posted in Lakeridge Complex.
