"The apartment is well appointed and has parking spots very close to the apartment. We had no problem with sound except hearing a few footsteps from the upstairs apartment. We left at 6 am to go to work and had to put keys in lock box outside by the tree. It was so dark we used our flashlights. But the shiny metal from the dials made it impossible to read the numbers. We used mine as a flashlight and coworker used his camera. "

"This unit is managed by an offsite property manager who is basically non-responsive. Owners would not communicate at all. It took 1-2 days to hear from property manager about some significant problems - broken cable for internet connection that we figured out how to fix ourselves after two days with no connection, barely any water flowing from bathroom sink, no hot water in kitchen and shower, uncollected garbage that was strewn around parking area, and the list goes on. No items were fixed...
