Follow the North Idaho Centennial Trail to reach McEuen Park, which offers a playground, kids' water features, and basketball courts half a mile west. Only a quarter-mile beyond are the shops and restaurants in the heart of downtown Coeur d'Alene. Take pleasant hikes around Tubbs Hill (half a mile southwest), stroll to Sanders Beach in the summer for swimming and sunbathing (half a mile south), and tee off at the Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Course (one mile east). For a fun-filled family day, the legendary Silverwood Theme Park is only 20 miles north.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
