Enjoy fine dining under the eye-catching chandeliers at the large dining room table with place settings for a top of the line dining experience. In the dining room you will also find a one-of-a-kind dry bar filled with the recipes, tools, and glasses for your favorite drinks. The main living room is flooded with natural light, a granite gas fireplace, games and even umbrellas waiting for you by the front door so you can go run and explore in the rain.

This getaway has 3 bedrooms, comfortably sleeps 10, this is the max amount of people allowed in the home. High end king mattresses and bedding, all with en-suite bathrooms. A lavish master bathroom with walk-in shower & his and her shower heads, a soaking tub, walk-in closet, and private toilet room. All bathrooms are fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, hair dryers and more. All walk-in closets have fresh bathrobes and slippers so you can have a spa experience from the comfort of your vacation home. An additional half bath is located on the main level for easy access for guests and waitstaff if you decide to hire a private chef for your dining experience. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you will need for the simplest meals to the most lavish dinner for your friends and family. The sliding glass doors off the kitchen open to the outside entertaining area and just down the hall is a fully stocked laundry room with extra blankets, bedding, and baby supplies. In addition to the laundry room downstairs there is a second washer and dryer upstairs for easy access. The upstairs second living room is a haven for kids and adults with books, games, toys, a teepee, and two couches that fold out into a bed for additional sleeping spaces.

The second story balcony offers breathtaking views and outside seating with access from the second bedroom and the living room. We've got you covered with baby items for added convenience including Bumbo seats, tummy time mats, beach bags, a highchair and pack n play upon request. Located downtown, this is the perfect home base for exploring the area within walking distance to beaches, parks, and Sherman Avenue which is the hot spot for shopping boutiques, restaurants/bars, and Tubb's Hill. Driving distance to seasonal farmers markets, the boat marina, golfing, ski resorts & much more. You're also within walking distance of the world –renowned Christmas light show, fireworks displays and Christmas cruise experience where you can take your kids to go meet Santa on the lake!
