Come home to this unique, beautiful and ambient holiday retreat with a pool, garden and air-conditioning!

Located just 15 minutes from the historically rich city of Sassari, this one-bedroom holiday house is surrounded by greenery and is perfect to relax completely on your vacation whilst tasting the authentic life of Sardinia. The getaway is a unique one, with a circular construction of the old Sardinian shepherds spread over two floors and consisting of every modern comfort. There is a cosy living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with a sofa bed, and a bathroom set up with all comforts. A dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven and induction hob are available.

The entire house is tastefully furnished and is equipped with Wi-Fi, a portable air-conditioner, a splendid fireplace and a TV. The large outdoor space in the garden and the pool are shared.

Please note: The residence pool is open 24/7 from 15 May until 15 October 2023. In this property, in the pool/garden area it is possible for parties or dinners to be held in which guests can also participate if they want to.
The portable air-conditioner can only be used upstairs.

The holiday apartment is just a 15-minute drive, from the beautiful city of Sassari where you can explore rich art and culture, food as well as green space. Some attractions worth visiting for their outstanding beauty in their Mediterranean city are the Fountain of the Rosello, the Palazzi and the elegant Neoclassical architecture apparent in Piazza d’ Italia and Teatro Civico. From the house’s location, the white-sand beaches of Sardinia are about 30 minutes away, while Costa Smeralda is an hour’s drive away. There are plenty of restaurants around, located at just a short 5-minute drive.

The nearest international airport is Alghero, about a 30-minute drive from this holiday house near Sassari. Please note that the pool is open from the 15th of May 2024 to the 15th of October 2024
