Convenient and Relaxing Place
A great place to stay in Cocoa Beach. Very convenient to the beach and to restaurants. We had everything needed to make our stay enjoyable. Communication was excellent, we received detailed information prior to arriving plus a follow up while we were there. If we come back to Cocoa Beach, we would stay here again.

Everything we needed!
This place was perfect for our large group. I really appreciated the assortment of kitchen supplies, plenty of plates, cups, utensils, etc. the pool was perfect! The only issue we experienced was that the bunk bed was wobbly. A more secure bunk would have made this place perfect!

Rocket if a Great Time
We arrived Christmas Day and stayed through New Years. The week was OUTSTANDING!!.We were a party of 8. 4 Adults, 2 Teenagers and a 2 kids.Location was literally as described. 3 min walk to the beach. Super convenient to convenience store, 7 Eleven or other shops, Surfinista for Açaí Bowls or coffee etc.Kitchen was well equipped. We love to cook and it had nearly everything save condiments and or spices (that would have been nice).The outdoor living was exceptional. Heated pool was perfect for a December January dip. Kids loved it.Its not a hot tub and it’s not the ocean. But it’s closed to a hot tub. Watched college football on the outdoor TV and also Sunday night football under a blanket and it was perfect. Beds were comfortable. Bunk room with the futon couch was perfect for kids.Living room couch was extremely comfortable. It could use a deep clean as it has seen better days.The beach supplies, chairs, boogie boards, and bikes were ideal (Need a bike tire pump). Sabrina, our PM, was responsive and friendly. Lastly, if you get a chance, make sure to see a rocket launch. Pretty cool experience. We walked to the beach to watch a midnight launch…. EPIC!

Great stay
House was as advertised. Check in was seem-less and house well prepared for our arrival. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bunk bed room has books and some small toys for children. Location was ideal. Close proximity to beach, restaurants and coffee shops.The pool was perfect for kids. Beach chairs and wagon in the garage were very useful. Only minor negative was road noise as the house is on a fairly busy road. Overall great stay. Would stay again!

Cocoa Beach perfection
This house was everything we needed, the location to beach, good coffee, food, was all in walking distance. The sleeping accommodations were perfect for our needs, Landry and detergent supplied. The outside seating area has more than enough chairs, and loungers, and outdoor couch, even including a TV!! We will be coming back for sure.

Absolutely Perfect
This place has it all! The pool area is great. Awesome place to relax and watch some tv. The beach is like a 3-5 minute walk if that. Place is so clean and has everything that you can think of. Bring your own beach towels and your set. The location is just absolutely perfect. Close to restaurants and shopping. Can’t think of anything this place needs. The place is just perfect and it smelled absolutely amazing too! Would highly highly recommend this place! Definitely will stay here again!

Wonderful location!
My husband, myself and our 8 year old stayed here and had the best time. It is truly a 3 minute walk to the beach. The beach itself isn’t crowded at all, clean and had the most amazing surf during our stay. We couldn’t get enough. The listing was accurate, the pool was clean and warm, the town had some good restaurants. We loved it here!

The Mosaic Aardvark was the perfect property for my spring break trip in Cocoa Beach. My husband and I traveled with our 18 year old and the place had something for everyone. The property is walking distance (2 blocks) from downtown and multiple restaurants. It is also 3 blocks walking distance to the beach which was great as we spent a lot of time at the beach - I could wake up early and walk there for the sunrise and there was a full moon while we were there so we could walk there to see the moon rise too (which was spectacular!!). We also saw a rocket launch while we were there, right from that beach! Even though it was cloudy that day we saw the rocket for 2 seconds but then heard the noise as it flew over us. The house had everything you would need for your vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, there were plenty of towels, the pool had floaties and a floating basketball hoop. We didn't get a chance to use them but there are bikes with locks. Everything you need for the beach too - beach chairs, a wagon, a cooler, boogie boards, etc. Very family friendly! I loved the extra touches like the dirty clothes bins in each room and the shampoo/conditioner/body wash in each bathroom. The decor was sublime too and you can tell the owners put a lot of thought into the overall decor of the place. We did contact the property manager once to tell him about an issue we were having with the grill and he sent someone right over. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

The Mosaic Aardvark is Cozy and Comfortable
The Mosaic Aardvark is a comfy home. It is clean and it has everything you need for a week at the beach. There is a book with all the information about the house and lots of restaurant recommendations. Alex was our property contact and communication with her was easy and timely. It is an easy walk to the beach - only 2 blocks across two streets.They also have bikes with locks you can use to ride around town. We stayed over Christmas and the weather was warm (upper 60's and low 70's), but cloudy most of the week. Walks on the beach were nice and collected a lot of shells. It is only an hour from Orlando and an easy drive. Recommend visiting Gatorland in the Orlando area and the Brevard Zoo about 30 minutes from Cocoa Beach. The animals are amazing and you can see them up close.
