This updated kitchen featuring upgraded stainless steel appliances, new furniture, and new flooring. Great for family! Includes a privacy fenced backyard with heated pool and outdoor patio area.

Eight minute walk to Cocoa Beach and Pier! Can sleep up to 12 people. You'll fall in love with this beautiful place!

And to be perfectly clear, the property doesn't have a hot tub, if you see one, most likely is a glitch with the VRBO System. Thank you for your understanding.

Large Family Trip
We had a very large group of 12 people and this house was absolutely perfect. There was ample room for all with a private bedroom for each family no matter how many kids they had. Often times you’ll see listings that say they’ll accommodate 12 but you’ll find out that includes sofa beds and rollaways. This was exactly as advertised and we didn’t have to draw straws to see who got the public sleeping accommodations. Would highly recommend this property for anyone with larger groups!!!

Perfect for big groups
Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean with plenty of rooms and bathrooms. We truly could not have asked for anything else.

Great Stay
Property was beautiful. Great location, easy walk to the beach. Kids loved the pool. Only suggestion is to replace the small couch room or computer with a bunk. We used the futons but a bunk would have been easier. Overall excellent stay. Would stay again!

Great location, property and host
Beautiful ranch style home completely remodeled inside. Very nice backyard and pool area. Pool was heated and very warm for our kids. The pictures have an in-ground hot tub, which does exist, but the heating system is not configured to heat it separately. Not a dealbreaker for us, but FYI for those specifically looking for that.Location is walking distance to the beach. Not a tough walk at all. Maybe 5 minute walk. Tons of stores and restaurants around. Would stay again.

Special Touches
This property is now at the top of our must stay list. Well furnished and with lots of special touches, the host has thought of everything. Close to the beach and lots of shopping and restaurants, this property is sure to please everyone in the family. Communication was awesome, and we can’t wait to return. Nice property - inaccurate listing
The property is clean and well maintained. The problem is that we stayed the weekend before thanksgiving and one of the main reason we booked this property is because it had a hot tub (which was listed in the amenities at the time). It was cold the day we arrived and we wanted to immediately wanted to get into the hot tub. We went to the back patio to find the hot tub and pool were all the same temperature and we couldn’t adjust any pool/spa settings because the equipment was locked. I reached out to the property manager (Mia) who proceeded to tell me that they have never allowed guests to use the hot tub as a hot tub, and only keep it the same temperature as the pool. I told her there was ‘hot tub’ clearly included in the listed amenities. Mia then went ahead and changed the listing by removing hot tub from the amenities, adding a note to say that the hot tub is kept at the same temperature of the pool, and then told me that I mis-read the listing. However, I had taken screenshots of the listing showing that she did have hot tub included in the amenities and there was no note about the hot tub temperature. Nice house, but rude and condescending property manager

Great stay after a rough start
Overall a fantastic stay! Our only issue was getting in at check in (code didnt work. Took about 30 min to get ot corrected then all good). Location is awesome. Beach stuff is great (could use more than 4 beach towels if adveryised for this many guests tho)

Perfect Precruise Location!
Mia has an excellent property! Everything was clean and in proper working order. Plenty of room to spread out and still be together. The pool was beautiful and a great place for us to hang out after a trip to the ocean. The kitchen was nicely stocked, even though we hardly cooked at the house. The washing machine and dryer were so nice to have!! If we find ourselves back at Port Canaveral for another cruise, we will definitely try to stay here again!! Thanks, Mia!

Beach house before a cruise
This place was amazing for our party of 10 before our cruise. It was walking distance the the beach, the pier, and some really great dining options. The house was large and clean. Perfect spot for multigeneration vacation.

The house was great. We had 5 couples stay a couple nights before our cruise. Property was clean, spacious, and had all of the necessary things to be comfortable including the great pool. Hot tub was not operational but given it was 80+ out, that was not a big deal.

When I booked this cocoa beach getaway I sent a message with my inquiry that we were traveling for my sister in laws bachelorette party. The owner continued to let me book with her. We checked in on Friday at 330 pm and by Saturday morning at 10 am we had a plumbing issue. The toilets were backing up into 2 out of 3 showers. We found the bedroom with the handicap bathroom had flooded and there was fece- filled water in the bathroom and bedroom. I called the owner who did send out a maintenance guy. He unfortunately couldn't resolve the issue as he stated there was a lot of sand in the drains. They had to call a plumbing service who came out and flushed out the septic which did resolve the issue. Unfortunately I had 12 women in the house without bathrooms for 6 hours. We ended up taking care of the cleaning which included bleach mopping the floors at least 6 times. Also took a toll on our plans but we made the best of it in the pool. I think things happen and it was super unfortunate but what I did not agree with was the communication with the owner. Although she sent maintenance and they did rectify the situation I asked her if we could maybe talk about this a little further as we lost so much time And something as simple as an apologetic message, late check out, maybe some compensation would have been greatly appreciated. Instead, she chose to completely ignore my message all together. We checked out on Sunday morning at 10am. And by Monday night at 11pm I had an invoice fro

Very nice property, great location. Cruising out of Port Canaveral, arrived in town a few days early to get vacation started. Property so nice spent most of the time just enjoying the pool.

Great Family Vacation!
Very Spacious, large bedrooms and bathrooms. Loved the large pool area. Close to Publixs and serveral restaurants and ice cream shop. Only concern, was wishing it had an additional high lock on the pool door. Looking forward to renting this house again! Very Nice!

If you’re looking for not fancy and checks all the boxes a block from the beach for a small to medium sized group/family then this is it. Great enclosed pool, cute stretch of beach about 4 blocks from the pier, blue collar beach vibes neighborhood, and half a mile from “downtown” cocoa beach which has most of your essentials.

Nice trip!
We were very pleased with the location and the accomodations of this property. It was exactly what was advertised . Beds were comfortable and Mia was a great host ! Close to the beach and not that far from Universal and Disney.
