A beautifully decorated condo that is very spacious. This condo is so bright and cheery...a place to enhance your vacation experience at the Beach!

Comfortable furniture, recliners, rockers, lounge chairs...enough for 8 people!
Master bedroom opens to the balcony so you can enjoy the ocean breeze.
Beds (1 king, 3 queen)
Bedding, linens, bath towels are included -- clean and sanitized.
Main Bath: toilet, 1 sink/vanity, shower/tub combo
Master Bath: toilet, 2 sinks/2 vanities, shower
The dining room offers a table that comfortably seats 6 people, a bar that seats 4 and a kitchen that is well stocked.
Four flat screen TV's & WiFi available throughout condo.
Condo is tiled with bedrooms and living room carpeted.
Laundry Room with a full size washer and dryer and cleaning supplies.
Books available in the living room and in the community room
Iron and Ironing board
Beach closet that consists of: boogie boards, umbrella, beach toys, beach chairs, beach towels

5 smoke detectors

We have laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, dish soap, hand soap for you to use throughout your stay.

There is absolutely no smoking or vaping inside or outside on the balcony.

No pets.

Sandcastles, one of the most popular Cocoa Beach vacation spots, is a beautifully maintained complex with a heated pool, hot tub, community room, lighted tennis courts and pickle ball court, free parking and so much more! It is fully lighted and locked from beach access in the evenings for security. All stairwells and elevators require a code or key to gain access.

We take pride in our cleaning, sanitizing and staging protocols. The condo is thoroughly inspected before AND after each guest's visit. We make sure all aspects of the condo is absent of items that have been broken or missing and stains on furniture and/or laundry. We know things happen while on vacation but we need to keep the condo in the best condition possible. All missing or broken items, all laundered items with stains will be charged to the guest for replacements.

Sandcastles is located within walking distance from popular restaurants and shops. Downtown Cocoa Beach is only a 20 minute walk & Historic Cocoa Village is only a 15 minute drive. The Pier and world famous Ron Jon Surf Shop is just a 5 minute drive.

Family vacation
We had a wonderful vacation and this rental at Cocoa Beach is beautiful. There seemed to be a lot of strict-ish rules but understand that sometimes they are needed. Our family enjoyed everything. Thankful to share this time and home with the grand babies.

Felt like home

This condo was exactly what we were looking for. Condo was equipped with everything you may need. Beautiful inside and fabulous view of the ocean. A great location for relaxing and hearing the ocean waves all day. Jennifer was quick to respond to any questions and very accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Very Nice Condo with Great View
The view is great and the condo has extremely well equipped bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Beach access is easy and the condo has what you need for the beach (toys, umbrella etc.) We found Cocoa Beach to be a good location for the beach plus access to Disney, Kennedy Space Center and St. Augustine.

To the Owner, This was our second visit to your beautiful condo and we planned a 3rd trip, until checkout. Your hostess rudely accused us of stealing and breaking items. We are a family of Professionals and are honest and responsible, and told your hostess we did not break or steal anything. We would like to book again , but request that you replace the hostess. Perfect vacation place
This condo is the perfect place for a family vacation. It is very spacious, comfortable and clean. The views are wonderful from the large balcony - where we spent most of our time. We look forward to staying here again!

My birthday getaway with the guys softball tournament
I cannot express how happy I was with Jennifer and her condo! She is one of the bests hostesses I've ever had and hoping to have the opportunity to come back again for a future stay. It was clean, beautiful, spacious! The construction was not a problem at all. Didn't disturb the view one bit. I had an amazing birthday weekend there!!!

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!
I have so many good things to say about this property/experience, I don’t even know where to begin… First, Jennifer the property manager was fantastic! From the time I booked through the end of our stay, her communication and attentiveness was outstanding! The property is absolutely beautiful, and the space was perfect for my family. We couldn’t believe how much space there was, and it’s stocked with all the basics and then some. The balcony views are stunning, and we were even able to see a rocket launch right from the balcony during our stay! There are tons of restaurants and stores within walking distance, and there is even a book of food and attractions in the unit for those who don’t know the area. This is the third time my wife and daughter and I have stayed in Cocoa Beach, and this was by far our favorite place - my mom and dad and niece (first time visitors) loved it too! Next time we visit, we will definitely be looking this place up again! Our time in Cocoa Beach could not have been better! Thank you - we’ll be back!!!

Cocoa Beach trip
This was our first stay in Cocoa Beach, and it did not disappoint. The condo was very nice and ideally located. Beach access and pool were great, and the balcony view outstanding. The condo has everything you need, comfy beds, nice linens, beach chairs and toys. Jennifer was a great hostess. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

We had an amazing time, despite the hurricane! Jennifer was really kind and helpful and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Family Vacation 2022
The location was perfect and close to everything we needed including grocery, gas and restaurants. The condo was very clean also and had a great view off of the balcony. Though the storm guards on the balcony had screw heads sticking out of the bottom and two of us stubbed our toes on two separate occasions. The bedrooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. There was some sort of pill found on the floor in one of them but otherwise very nice. Would highly recommend and will be back again!
