"The place is very clean, convenient and has such a cool retro feel. "

"Everything about this plac e was great. I knew it was out of town, but somehow it didnt register that this meant it was in a close neighborhood. Even knowing that, i would stay there again. It accomodated us and was lovely "

"Excellent location in Cerrillos, close to State Park hikes, horseback riding and a few miles from Madrid; where the quaint shops and people are amazing! Rich and Sara were beyond excellent hosts and we took their recommendations for eateries and sites; namely the Beer Creek Brewing Company (excellent beer and pizza - highly recommend), The Blackbird Saloon (fresh twists to classic favorites and drinks) and in Madrid, Refinery 14 that has a wonderfully unique breakfast selection. "Recent upgrades were nice while still providing an authentic southwest look. Amenities were more than adequate. Location was great for those that like proximity to the plaza, but appreciate relaxing in the tranquility outside the city. My 1 recommendation would be providing detailed instructions for operating the heating and cooling in the house. It is confusing to say the least."

"We traveled to SantaFe to celebrate a Birthday and also took in the Ballon festival in Albuquerque. The home was a comfortable stay for 3 couples and conveniently located to all the attractions."

"This place is a gem! Plenty of room for 9 women to spread out and enough bathrooms to give us each showering and sink access in a reasonable time. Close to Ojo Spa and a scenic drive into downtown Santa Fe. Wonderful host. "

"Sara's Adobe Casita was a mesmerizing and memorable stay on our trip through the Southwest. The location is beautiful with long-fetch views of the Sandia Mountains and spectacular sky. The casita itself was beyond charming; filled with art, cozy and comfortable. Our 4 days there could have easily been four weeks! Sara was a most responsive and enjoyable host...we will be back."

"Beds, towels and scent of the room were great. Breakfast was poor. Sorry to say that. Laundry room doesnt have detergent and sheet to buy also only takes quarters. One big issue was building has outside elevator. When i was in the laundry room on the 3rd floor old man came in with no shoes and dirty hair looks like homeless. Anybody can come in cause unlucked door and direct access from outside."
