"The house was very fun! We had room for 14 of us. The older kids liked that there was a tv in each bedroom. The pool was the perfect temperature and we all had a great time swimming. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and pots for everything we needed."

"Nothing negative to say really. Booked this house for 20 guests and it fit us all comfortably. Everything was clean and loved the way this house was layed out. Lots of room and many things to do even inside the house. Huge backyard. Host was very kind. Not many things like paper towel, toilet paper, garbage bags for 4 days with 20 guests as well as no washer and dryer as it’s listed."

"Mike was a great host from the start with responding to my messages in a timely manner and addressing additional requests. The house is very welcoming and cozy. We adored the living room area with all the windows/door which provided amazing light in the daytime. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and equipped with essentials. The kids definitely made use of the cool lower level game room. We overall enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this house for a group trip!"

"As we drove up to the house I got that warm feeling again. It was our second stay. Welcome home to me!!!! A cozy house for on the river. When you want to get away from the hustle and bustle play some games read a book by the fire place. This is the place for you. Like to fish or hunt or hike this is the place for you. All the amenities of home. "

"We booked this property to celebrate my boyfriend's 30th birthday, as we were going on a ski/snowboarding trip to Elk Mountain. The game room was a key reason for choosing this rental, but we couldn't use it at all due to severe heating issues. The wall & floor heating units did not work in the game room or the downstairs bedrooms, leaving everyone who slept downstairs freezing.
