"We have been going down to Akumal since the late 90's with owners of like business in the US. In the past we have rented several condos in half moon bay. This is the first time we have rented a large facility. It was perfect for all of us. We had 3 father and sons. So they were able to stay in the same rooms. The 13 bedrooms was perfect. Felipe was a great host. The instructions of getting from the airport to Villa Bellamar was great for the few that had never been to Akumal before....

"The house is located in a great location with direct access to the beach.But for the price charged the bedding and Kitchen cleanliness left a fair amount to be desired. The road to this house is full of potholes. We lost all water on all Christmas Day ! The onsite manager was helpful and his wife took great care of us."

"Loved our stay here. This is our 4th visit to Akumal and my favorite condo so far. Location was great because it was a ten minute walk La Buena Vida and Turtle Bay Cafe. Owner was super great to work with. Plenty of space for everyone. I think there were only 8 units here, so not crowded and lots of privacy. Would definitely stay again."

"We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. The kitchen, table, and living room were spacious and accommodating. The morning sun and the beautiful sunrises were refreshing, including the splash in the pool. The cleaning crew was amazing, always smiling and flexible. We were so lucky to see three turtles laying eggs - unforgettable for sure! We hired a chef one night and were very, very happy with the food they prepared for us. All 16 of us had a great time. We will definitely come back."

"This was our first trip to Mexico with adult (college-aged) children. We were not sure what to expect even after doing our homework. This house was easy to find (we rented a car) and we felt very safe with a gate and security walking the neighborhood at night. Great central location to bounce around to many sites. For such a beautiful home, I would have expected some basics like cleaning supplies, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, also salt/pepper, oils for cooking, etc. The water was not safe drinking water and purifier made it taste salinated and terrible. Also, showers need to be cleaned better as they are full of mold. Pool needed to be cleaned and the nearby gym equipment was all broken. The transportation system to the beach does not include this...

"I highly recommend Casa Azanik. We had a party of 7 family members, but we could have accommodated so many more. The booking process was extremely efficient, and the concierge helped us book shuttles and activities. The manager and the daily caretakers helped us navigate Akumal wonderfully. Although we did eat at some local restaurants, our favorite meals were the ones prepared for us at the villa. The pool area right on the beach made snorkeling, kayaking, and relaxing in the pool and the ocean...
