"I found this place to be a beautiful getaway, despite the power outage in the house (which was not the host's fault). It was truly a unique experience. The host was excellent with communication and made us feel right at home. The location is perfect for a single family. However, the bedding may not be ideal for larger family gatherings, especially with elderly members. The neighbors were incredibly kind and helpful during the outage. "The property is well taken care of and spacious. Had everything I needed. There are issues that are not within the Host's control. For example, it is right in front of a main road with no buffer between the road and the driveway so pulling your car in and out can be a challenge. This also means there's a lot of noise coming from the road so keep that in mind if your main goal is to rest. On the plus side, it's not hard to find and you have stuff nearby. "

"We stayed with 15 people and never felt crowded, even when we all shared breakfast on the red house balcony. We loved the location. Everyone in Guayama was super friendly. The houses were nice—everything worked. I misunderstood the listing to mean each bedroom has a private bathroom, but only one per house does. The pool was fantastic. The property manager was fantastic. Great place. Great stay."
