"Room was very clean, bed comfortable. Appreciated basic cooking materials, especially coffee pot and mugs. Only complaint was how small the room was. On-line posting did not reveal this. We barely had room for our suitcases. We were only using Livingston as a stopover, so it was fine for one night. Would not want to stay there for a week."

"The cabin was spectacular! Furnished beautifully and had absolutely everything you could possibly forget. So many cute animals throughout the property. Wifi was spotty but the cabin was stocked with games to occupy time! Very minimal service on the property so ensure that you have your maps loaded in case the wifi cuts out."

"Perfect for our stay. Loved the bathtub and kitchen. Great to have a kitchen, laundry area and comfy bed. Make sure you note there are two foot step entrances (Kitchen & Bathroom). Make sure you rent a compact car because the parking is tight. Dalton, our host was amazing!"

"First off the host is extremely responsive. Anything I needed he responded fast and took care of it. The drive in is long. This is stated in the description. Drive slow and you will see pronghorn, mule deer some very nice bucks, bunnies, fox, coyotes, a man bear with two cubs and of course cows. The cattle guesses should give that away. We enjoyed our drive in/out immensely. It rained while we were there. The road had big holes and became bumpy in spots. If you have a low profile vehicle...

"Great hosts, spotless house. There are cats around, so my sister was a bit worried as she has a phobia. The location is quite remote, so if you’re staying here plan for plenty of groceries before you get to the property. The surrounding area is beautiful. Gravel road for about 7 mins or so off the main road. Lovely sunsets and sunrises! "

"The his house was the best rental we have ever stayed in. It did not feel like a rental at all. Tia property is gorgeous and clean and very well stocked! We had teens and two young adults with us and everyone felt like they had their own space. The pool and hot tub are an added bonus. We loved using it at the end of a day of adventures. Thank you!!!"
