At check-in, reception staff called Victoria was not very welcome and did not seem keen on relocating us to another room (the one given to us was on a lower level and the lift was out of order). I was with a 1 year old child, pregnant and had heavy suitcases, however she insisted there's was nothing she could do to help, treated us poorly and did not seem to care. "We arrived for the Christmas parade and market but unfortunately there was a bad storm. Although only booked for one night the hotel were very accommodating and we ended up staying 4 nights. Staff were lovely, breakfast couldn't be faulted. I would highly recommend staying here"

"Very comfortable lodge, in a quiet area. Staff were polite, respectful and extremely helpful from the start to end. Only a few minutes walk into the main street of Betws-y-Coed where the shops and places to eat are. We also made use of the swimming pool and jacuzzi available, which were clean. Breakfast could do with a bigger variety of food but still alright. Dinner at the hotel restaurant is very expensive though!"
