"We enjoyed our stay. The home worked well for the most part for our needs. Great access to the beautiful beach. Crib not suitable for babies. Crumbs in drawers, fridge, wet dishes and disorganized but we cleaned up and enjoyed cooking. Beds were good. Could use some updating/repairs overall. Couldn’t use the deck broken furniture. "

Of the local attractions our favorites were Boiler Bay (near the Whale Watching Center in Depoe Bay) and the Siletz Bay 1-mile nature trail (go 5.8 miles south from the Sea Gypsy, then take poorly marked left turn opposite the Key Place turnoff). "This home provided us with an amazing friends’ getaway. Everyone was pleased with the accommodations and the view was arguably one of the best we’ve had when visiting the Oregon coast. The house was comfortable, clean, and accommodating. Highly recommend this beautiful home."

"Overall, we had a great time. Great access to the beach. Plenty of room for all of us. Would’ve been nice if the windows were clean. They were so cloudy. You couldn’t look out the windows to see the beach, but you could see the beach from the deck. The code on the door would be nice if it was a little shorter. "Property was great. The cookware was dirty, well needed to have carbon on the inside of pans scrubbed. It is not desirable to walk to the beach for seniors with climbing stairs. Uphill grades . Wouldn’t be a problem for kids or younger adults. We had a great time and the Vacasa staff was awesome."

"The property was spotless! It's close to many sights on the central Oregon coast. Everything is a short drive in either north or south on Highway 101. It's perfect for two couples as it has two bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Plenty of stores, restaurants and shops within a short walk. The deck on the first floor was perfect for watching the ocean surf roll onto the beach below and for enjoying the sunset with a glass of your favorite beverage."

"We always like to stay at the Ashley Inn. We have been staying there consistently since November 2022. The rates are reasonable and the amenities are pretty decent as well. Continental breakfast is pretty good. Miss the biscuits and gravy on Fridays and Saturdays, but still it’s pretty good. Nice pool and hot tub. Plus Trish and the staff are very friendly."
