"This is a beautifully adapted Tudor Manor House into a first-rate hotel. The hotel itself and the grounds are beautiful to view and the private chapel is an added delight to visit. Staff were helpful and the food was very good both for breakfast and dinner. I was disappointed that I could not get wifi in my bedroom which was a problem as I had work to complete in the evening. I managed well once downstairs in the Tudor Hall. I knew there was no lift but the second floor required four flights...

"Despite all the information you have about the location accommodation, I found it very difficult to locate. However when I finally arrived, the host was very welcoming and the accommodation was very warm. The only thing I noticed was that there were invoices from probaly a previous occupant in one of the bedroom drawers and some earpods left in the lounge. Maybe their cleaner needs to be more vigilant."

"I booked for one night; a Friday. Really easy to find and loads of free parking. Reception staff were kind, knowledgeable and helpful. The room was perfect; very clean with adjustable heating, hair dryer and extra fan. Super comfy bed with no outside noise to be heard at all; even though my room was at the front by the pub next door. I didn't have breakfast but I only had to go next door to the pub if I wanted it. I will be staying again "
