The covered side porch is perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee or taking in the sunset. The large back patio provides a park-like atmosphere for outdoor dining and includes a master grill and slate dining table with market umbrella and seating for 6. Our cozy bedrooms have a queen size bed, dresser, full closet and wall mounted flat panel television. There is also room for 2-4 more in a semi-private common space with 2 full size daybeds; adjacent to the second bedroom. Luxury bath with separate water closet, full size vessel tub and large 4'x6' shower. Each floor has a desk/work area with and external monitor and desk lamp, and the upstairs workspace includes a laser printer. The full kitchen includes a 5 burner gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee & keurig machine, dining table for 8, butcher block countertops and all your cooking essentials. The entry/mudroom, houses a full size front loading washer and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board for your convenience.
The entire rental home, side porch and back patio/yard area are included in this rental. An easily accessible multipurpose trail runs through the front of the property and throughout the neighborhood, including a direct, one mile walk to Pinecrest's mixed use development with Whole Foods, REI, Silverspot Cinema, Kitchen Social and a multitude of additional high-end retailers, spa service providers, restaurants and boutique style shops.

Please review all staircase photos. This is a custom built, architectural handrail. The majority of the staircase and second floor landing are open to the stairs and floor below, which may not be safe or a good fit for young children, especially if left unattended. For this reason, please use your own discretion when determining whether or not you feel this home is a good fit for you and your family prior to booking. Please be aware that while this home has complete and total privacy for its guests, it is a guest house and does sit on the back portion of acreage that belongs to the owner, therefore the front portion of the driveway is shared.
