The Space:
Your stay will take you to a freshly renovated 1,088 sq ft townhome in a duplex in charming Brooklyn. The home is perfect for mid to long-term stays and for guests such as traveling nurses and people looking to relocate to the area. You’ll have everything you need to feel right at home! As you step inside, you’ll be greeted a living room that exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere, with an L-shaped sofa that can also be a single sofa bed for lounging while enjoying your favorite shows on the wall-mounted Smart TV.
The living room is open to the dining area with a table for 4 to eat meals comfortably at home together; meals that maybe you’ve skillfully prepared at home in the fully-equipped kitchen nearby! You’ll have quality appliances, cookware and essentials to whip up delicious meals, plus there’s a dishwasher for easy clean-ups.
There are two bedrooms, both upstairs, to accommodate 4 guests. The first bedroom is equipped with a plush king-sized bed, a wall-mounted Smart TV, and a desk and chair. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated with ample storage for your things. The single sofa bed in the living room provides flexible sleep space if needed.
The full bathroom in the townhome is freshly remodeled and complete with a sink, toilet, and a tub/shower combo. There’s also a half bathroom in the basement bonus room with a sink and toilet for added convenience.
Speaking of the basement bonus room, you’ll have two cozy chairs and a Smart TV for watching something different or escaping for some “you time.” This is also where the washer and dryer are located, so maybe fold laundry and continue watching your favorite show!
One of the highlights of this property is the brand-new patio with comfy outdoor furnishings to unwind and enjoy the outdoors. It's also the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee.

Getting Around:
The property is about 10 miles from the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE). Renting a car to get around is the most convenient, and we have parking available at the property.
Downtown Cleveland is about 9 miles away. Depending on traffic, can take about 15-20 minutes to get there.
If you come/go by busy, the nearest bus stop is just a 5-minute walk away.
Other Things to Note:
Booking on behalf of another person is not allowed. The person making the reservation must also stay at the property.
Guests must climb 3 stairs to get up to the front & back doors & the bedrooms are on the second floor. If a stair-free sleep arrangement is needed, there’s a single sofa bed in the living room.
Please note that this is a side unit in a duplex home. The other side is owned and occupied by another resident, so you’re likely to hear everyday “living” noises from time to time.
There is a parking spot on the driveway for this unit. Please, no large trucks, RVs, or vehicles with trailers. Additional vehicles or large vehicles must park on the street. (Free all year round).
We also provide some complimentary basics to help you get started, like some soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion in the bathrooms. Also, trash bags for each trash bin, and some laundry and dishwasher soap. Please note these items are not replenished. If you use them up and need more, you’ll need to purchase more.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
For stays over 21 nights, there is an additional $49 cleaning fee.
HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Booking on behalf of another person is not allowed. The person making the reservation must also stay at the property.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home. The use of any recreational drugs on the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- No pets permitted onsite, in common areas, or in the yard/exterior of the property.
