Enjoy your stay at this centrally located, renovated 3 bedroom, 1 bath - lower unit- in a two-family home in Little Italy. Apartment is complete with a well-equipped kitchen, which includes an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, filtered water/ice machine, coffee bar and a Bluetooth speaker. The living room includes seating for 6 (all really comfortable seats, so no one has to argue), a smart TV, 3 poufs & coffee table - so that ALL may rest their feet from a long day, modern furnishings and a laundry room. There are 3 bedrooms (3 King beds). Each bedroom also includes USB plugs in the lamps, alarm clocks with sound machines, blackout curtains, ceiling fans, Smart TVs, and "ultra-quiet" ACs. Each bedroom also has a desk, chair & mirror for getting ready to hit the town, studying or work. This vacation/business rental delivers all the essentials so you can spend more time relaxing and exploring. We are in the heart of Little Italy; The Feast of the Assumption (each year in August) is directly in front of our house (church parking lot). Just down the street you can discover some of the best Italian Restaurants in not only Cleveland, but the State of Ohio, including Guarino's Restaurant - Cleveland's oldest restaurant. You will also discover shops, bakeries, bars - you name it! Don't be surprised if around 4 or 5 PM, you smell the restaurants cooking their fresh bread and Italian cuisine! It's easy to spend all day walking around Little Italy exploring local shops and tasting the pastries, Italian Ice & fine cuisine. It's a wonderful place to visit. Parking: Street parking is available. The downstairs tenant does not have permission to use the driveway (upstairs tenant use only). We have one blocked off parking spot directly in front of the house for tenant use. However, it is not a guarantee that all will abide by the "saving of the space." Friday & Saturday nights, the church parking lot (directly across the street) offer $10 parking for the evening. I will also send a link, closer to your booking for details regarding parking options.
The backyard is a shared space with the upstairs tenants and is professionally landscaped; it has fig, pear & peach trees and grapes. We have charcoal and propane grills with a picnic table, plus an additional table/chairs. The backyard is also fenced in with string lights. We have big plans for the yard, visit us next time to see the ongoing updates. The back and front porches are are for your use only; not a shared space.
To get you started with your stay (may be enough for the whole stay – depending on the length of your stay), we provide coffee, cream, sugar, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dishwashing detergent & garbage bags. We provide linens, towels & blankets. Wifi is also provided; TVs are smart tvs – you would need to use your own access codes for streaming platforms – please remember to log out of your accounts upon departure. Free streaming platforms are included (ie Pluto, Hulu, Tubi, Crackle & Roku Channel).

The area holds many historical homes - our home is over 120 years old. It retains much of it's charm.
You will notice the distinct framework and style when you arrive. However, along with such charm, some of the flooring is slightly uneven.
Please remember that this is a two-family home. You will have tenants above you. Please be a good neighbor and be mindful of your noise level and respect quite hours, as we have advised them of the same. You may, at times, hear the tenants above you. We have installed cork underlayment to the upstairs flooring and extra insulation around the heat ducts to assist with noise control.
Cameras are installed on the outside of the house only. Cameras are on each of the doors – one on the front door, one on the side door and one that covers both the back door and basement door. Cameras are in place for security. Note that we can see if more than the disclosed amount of people arrives for your stay. Unfortunately, any guests that have more than the house capacity (6 people), will result in a terminated contract and must vacate immediately. The home is in a family neighborhood and large parties are not allowed. We ask that you keep noise to an acceptable level for a family neighborhood.
