Overcharged, contacted property and was told upper management would contact me in 24-48 hours. Two weeks later still no resolution or contact made. Never received final invoice. Valet service “lost” owners car in front of me because they tagged it wrong. AC didn’t function properly as it was hot in the lobby and never cool in our room. Only benefit was the proximity to baseball field. Would choose a different hotel if I were to do it again.
