"Lovely house with enclosed garden for our dog. Fridge and freezer needed a good clean and the cups needed replacing ( cracked and badly stained). Otherwise all was good!"

"Lovely house with everything we needed! (except toilet paper) We loved the beach 15 min away. Communication with host was late.."

"We were visiting family the property is modern and comfortable. How to get in and communication with the host was fantastic.The only down rating is due to the kitchen and bathroom with the dishwasher being unusable due to broken kickboard, marks on cupboards not cleaned and bathroom needs a bit of attention"

"1. Getting difficult to.find the exact location of property, its helpful if mentioned the building name. 2.Whole night struggled to run the heating but didnt work survived without heating. 3. Wifi id provided not available in the premises. "

"Great weekend in a beautiful place, plenty of space for us all to be and each bedroom very comfortable. Easy access for taking a walk on the cliffs to saltburn which a few of the group attempted! All in all a great property that was clean and spacious and good for large groups."

"Great location lovely cottage"

"Amazing property right in the heart of Saltburn on Sea. It made a great base for myself and my three adult children and partners spend a week together. The facilities were brilliant and the house was warm and inviting. Loved the town being so near to pop out for a coffee int he morning, supermarket stop and possibly a quick drink in the evening. So convenient. Would love to come back."

"Great location, spacious and perfect for families / group of adults. At the bottom of the hill, less than 5 min walk to the beach and local pubs / cafes. Loved the terrace at the back ....was a proper little suntrap. Had all you needed for a break away!"

"Really good customer service, the yurt was very comfortable. Good sites nearby to drive to (not walking distance)."

"The cottage had been beautifully renovated and was located centrally in the old district of town. A couple of small things would have improved the stay-the stairs to the second storey were steep and a bannister rail would have been appreciated, several basic supply items were lacking- no tea bags or fire lighters to light the kindling and wood supplied, and the heating automatically turned off after short periods and not all heaters appeared to be working. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay."
