"It was a really precious place in the heart of Downtown Bardstown!!! It was very clean and the owners were helpful!!! The bed was comfortable and the kitchen spacious. We enjoyed the walkability of the location immensely. The water presure was spectaclar and tons of hot water for a deep soak in a cast iron tub!!! "You wouldn’t know this bungalow is just a block from anything you would need in the way of groceries, shopping, restaurants. Very clean. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is, other than a great assortment of pots, pans, skillets, and knives, there was nothing else to cook with. No mixing/serving bowls, no bakeware, very little flatware. I was constantly washing dishes (we ate all our meals in). I had to buy a can opener which I left for the next guest. But we made do and really enjoyed our stay....

"This little house is a hidden gem! I booked it as it was close to the U of L hospital where my husband was to have major surgery. It was absolutely perfect for my needs.
