This property was newly renovated to offer a clean & cozy farmhouse feel for our guests!
Enjoy your morning coffee on the private deck with views to one of the properties delightful ponds! Looking to take a scenic walk? Our 50+ acres includes walking trails, ponds for fishing, fire pit by the water, wildlife watching, wide open field, and amazing creeks for you or your fur babies to enjoy!
Bullhead Bungalow is located just six miles away from the Delaware River, Hancock town center, & in close proximity to over 10 Summer Camps!
About thirty minutes away from major Pennsylvania city's offering a quiet country getaway. You will have quick access to Preston's Country Market, ice cream shops (seasonal), Top's grocery store, waterfalls, rivers, Catskill mountains, and horseback riding.

Another great stay

Cute, clean and cozy!
We stayed here as a home base during visiting weekend for French Woods Festival. It was a comfortable cozy accomodation and no detail was overlooked. Our golden retriever loved the enclosed "dog park" too! Extremely thoughtful hosts and we look forward to another stay soon!

Winter Getaway
Sweetest little stay in northern PA. About 3 hours north from home, the perfect escape for my husband and I for a weekend. Tiffanie was the sweetest host and made sure we had everything we needed. Friendly little barn cats also made a visit! We hope to come back in the summertime!

Another stay at an exceptional place!
Two months ago our family and two dogs stayed at the Bullhead Bungalow. We loved it so much we came back :). Lots of rain this time, so much less time outside, but that didn’t matter. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped so we enjoyed some much needed together time away from life as usual. Thank you!!!

What a beautiful property!! Was just what Me & Payden (pup) needed. The apartment was cozy & had everything we needed. This place is nature at its best! We loved the ponds, creeks, hikes, & overall peace. Payden loved being able to run around. The hosts were exceptional making our stay even better. A great place for nature lovers & their furry friend. Definitely recommend this paradise!! Thank you for everything and sharing your "slice of heaven" we hope to be back

Very Relaxing Apartment Run By Wonderful People in a Great Location
We are from the city suburbs and booked this property looking for a quiet rural countryside stay that was close to forests and fishing spots, in northeastern PA just beneath NY and within a day trip to the Catskills. It is an absolutely wonderful cozy apartment that is beautiful and has everything you need. There is a cute little wraparound porch that looks over a pond and big property on the back side. I love birds, and a couple of herons dropped by to hang out at the pond while we were there which was nice. The hosts are wonderful people who are so warm and welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. They even supplied us with extra goodies, including water bottles and snacks. It's a great spot as it is literally 10 seconds drive from a country general store that has everything you need, including very good made-to-order sandwiches and more. This is a great place run by great people and we highly recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay very much. We got in late and it was easy to get into the apartment. Had privacy even though it is attached to the house and you can tell the care Tiffanie & Sierra have put into the property. It has everything you could need. It was also really nice they have coffee, beverages and snacks as we didn't bring much because it was a short stay.

A nature lovers getaway!
You will absolutely love your stay at the Bullhead Bungalow. Communication with the host was seamless from the reservation to the morning of checkout. Tiffanie was accommodating, kind, and genuinely wants you to have an exceptional stay. If the hospitality wasn’t enough, the property was amazing. Your dogs will LOVE it here as much as you will. Streams, ponds, and open fields are just part of what they will enjoy. If you want to cool your meals, there is a market with everything you need just 2 minutes down the road. The kitchen is well equipped and there are all of the comforts of home, but none of the stress:). You cannot go wrong with this bungalow if open space and hospitality is what you are looking for! Great apartment for family visiting day at camp
The property was very well decorated and comfortable. The property manager was extremely attentive to our requests and remedied any issue immediately. Our dog also felt very welcome. Tiffanie even left a birthday gift for our son! The only issue we had was the WiFi. The login info was shared, but we had a very difficult time connecting. There was also no cell signal, so we were counting on reliable WiFi. We were definitely “off the grid” for a few days. Owner said new towers are being built in the area, so hopefully connecting will be easier in the future. Overall, the apartment was clean and well equipped. We would come back again in the future. Thanks for having us!

Cozy, Clean, Perfect Bungalow!
Tiffanie and her family were the best hosts! They were so welcoming to me and my pup Leo. The unit was clean, modern, and had all the necessities! I enjoyed all the snacks! I went on numerous hikes on their beautiful property and BBQ’ed for dinner. I was able to get all my produce at the market literally right down the street! This is exactly what I was looking for and needed; to escape the busy city life.

Great hosts!
My husband and I recently stayed here with our two golden retrievers. Tiffanie was very responsive and helpful in answering our questions. The property has nice trails for hiking and a pond for swimming which our dogs loved! There is a market just down the road that has all of the essentials you may need to pick up. The apartment is clean, very nicely decorated with all the amenities you may need including coffee, tea, and bowls of snacks/treats. We enjoyed our stay here. Thank you, Tiffanie!

Lovely Weekend Getaway
My husband and I recently stayed at this lovely property with our two dogs. We had such a relaxing and fun time. The communication with the host was excellent and we even got a tour of the landscape. The Stay At Tiffanie and Sierra
Tiffanie was super helpful and thoughtful. Before our arrival, she cleared the snow on the driveway to make sure we could access the property safely. She also added a few personal touches to the space since I mentioned to her that it was my fiance's birthday. We enjoyed chatting with her as well as exploring her property with our dog. The view was awesome and this was a much needed trip for us to getaway from the city. We would love to visit again during the spring or fall!

Escape from NYC
This little villa was just perfect for a relaxing get away from the city. My boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary (it was my surprise to him) and this was just what we needed. Tiffanie is attentive and responsive. I appreciated the "happy anniversary" sign that welcomed us ❤️. That was the sweetest thing! The snacks were a big bonus. I have rented many homes away from home and snacks are very rare. Thank you Tiffanie for the thoughtfulness. Everything was clean and fresh. I would definitely stay again. PS We went to Tanners Falls. It's a very short hike, but definitely worth it, if you love waterfalls. It's about 30 mins away.

Memorable holiday getaway
We reserved this property for a Thanksgiving getaway with a friend, so we could have a meal together and she could meet our dog, and suffice it to say it exceeded expectations. Our hosts went out of their way to make sure we'd have a wonderful stay; in particular, when we mentioned we needed something that could seat at least three, they got a table and chairs where we ended up having our Thanksgiving dinner. Other than that, the apartment was very cozy and the kitchen well-stocked. Everything we needed to make there turned out great, and we got to relax and watch entertaining movies. The dog got to run around plenty and had a lot of fun getting to know Pennsylvania. We're big fans.

My husband and I absolutely loved the place!! Modern, but cozy!! It had all the amenities we could possibly need! The property is so peaceful and welcoming! And the owners are sweet and attentive!! We loved hearing about the plans to expand and have some “experience” stay type units, and can’t wait to come back to try them!! The place would be great for a weekend away or family trip! Definitely a place to add to your lists of visits!! 🥰
