* Welcome to our newest Suncadia Home ~ TrEaSuRe~HoUsE ~ decorated with mining and metal accents. We invite you to stay and enjoy our newest 2 story home on a spacious and wooded 1/2 acre homesite.

* We're proud to have earned the status of VRBO Premier Host for the last 7 years with our first Suncadia home, listing #1001217.

* Please make other arrangements for your pets when booking this home. PETS are not allowed at this home due to family/guests with allergies.

* Minimum stay: 2 nights, but if you can stay longer, you really should!

* Free onsite parking on our asphalt driveway and upper gravel pad for up to 6 cars.

* Security camera mounted for view of driveway and sidewalk to trash room. Only homeowner has access to images.

* Pets are not allowed at our home. Thank you for understanding.

* Well-equipped Kitchen with Gas Stove & Oven, Dishwasher, Refrigerator/Freezer, Microwave Drawer, and pantry. Our island is open and ready for you to bake, cook or serve. Don't feel like cooking? Order takeout then serve upscale with our varied assortment of serving platters and bowls.

* Great Room downstairs, Bonus Room upstairs! Plenty of room for separate generational socializing.

* Our home is as comfortable and cozy for 2 guests as it is for 12!

* Suncadia Resort wide Quiet Hours are 10pm - 7am daily. Your outdoor party and conversations must be relocated inside our comfy home no later than 10pm.

* Sapphire Primary Bedroom Suite on Main Floor, lots of natural light, with king bed and blackout window shades. All bedding and towels are provided. Full bathroom with double sinks, toilet and tiled shower.

* Copper Suite, Silver Bedroom, Gold Bedroom, Upstairs, all with queen beds, views and blackout window shades. All bedding and towels are provided. Sink, toilet and tiled shower.

* Bunk Room with 2 sets of Bunks, sleeps 4, upstairs off of Bonus Room, with blackout window shades. All bedding and towels are provided.

* Free! Atlas Network Wireless Internet and WiFi. Atlas Network is based out of Seattle.

* 6 Samsung Smart TV's - log in to your own streaming accounts, like Amazon Prime/Netflix and more. Plenty of free content as well if you don't have subscriptions.

* Enjoy our downstairs fireplace in Winter, and air conditioning in Summer. Always lots of fresh forest air in any season. Screens on all windows, so open them up and feel the freshness.

* Very cool authentic mining cart feature in backyard.

* Private/spacious outdoor patio with plenty of seating. Hot Tub, Fire Pit & BBQ Grill and lots of cozy throws to cuddle up outside.

* Washer & Dryer with handy quick wash setting.

* Fun, heated, carpeted Rec Room (garage), with Ping Pong, Foos Ball, Skee Ball, assorted game balls/bat, putters. We have 10 sets of Snow Shoes for snow season. No need to rent bikes because we have 8 adult mountain Bikes, 2 youth mountain bikes and 2 small kiddie bikes with training wheels. And we can't forget to mention the very popular 3 razor scooters.

* Our first Suncadia home, VRBO listing #1001217 is only a one minute drive from this new ~ TrEaSuRe~HoUsE ~ . If you're looking for a nearby house to rent for additional guests, please check our availability calendar.

* Our home is close to one of the many Ridge Trailheads.

* Our home does NOT offer Suncadia Fitness Center access nor any pool access.

Amazing home for a family getaway!
Beautiful home with loads of amenities for a family get together. Great kitchen, with everything we needed to prepare the food we brought. Grandkids enjoyed riding the bikes and we all enjoyed games. The house was immaculate with plenty of towels, extra blankets, etc. We did a lot of walking on the streets and trails to the lodge and Swiftwater Cellars. Would definitely recommend. John and Laurie quickly replied to questions. Thank you!

Beautiful and fun
We had a group of old friends stay together. The house was well stocked, clean, comfortable, nicely decorated for the season and well-kept. It was perfect for lounging at the house with plenty of space, a few outdoor seating areas, hot tub, and fire pit. We absolutely lived that it was stocked with bikes and we used them more than once! Communication with the host was timely and helpful. We definitely recommend!

Beautiful quiet restful getaway
Absolutely beautiful home and lovely outdoor area. Spent a lot of time in the hot tub and around the fire pit. Loved the spa at the Lodge and enjoyed riding bikes and playing games in the garage. We will be back!

We stayed at John and Laurie's home over the weekend of our sons wedding at Swiftwater Cellars.
The home was beautiful and in a wonderful location - just like a tree house in the forest. John and Laurie have furnished and decorated it beautifully - no detail spared! And it had everything we needed for an event weekend down to a steamer and sewing kit. beautiful serving platters, and lots of glass and silverware. Beds were very comfortable and each room had comfortable blanket wraps for fireside evenings. On our final night the hot tub and (huge) fire pit was wonderful! We didn't want to leave and will DEFINITELY come back!

Perfect trip with friends and family
The house was a perfect place for our friends and kids (age ranges from 1-8yrs) to stay for the weekend. The kids LOVED the amount of activities that were there - from the bonus room (with included blocks, toys, and TV) to the garage full of games (skii ball, bikes, scooters, balls, etc), the kids were in heaven and constantly entertained. We loved the fact there was an optional baby gate there to keep our littlest ones safe. It was a well laid out house that was nicely kept up. All of us commented we’d never seen such a well-stocked kitchen in a VRBO (every kitchen item we could have wanted was there). The hosts were gracious and kind. 10/10 stay.

August getaway
This home is new, spacious and beautiful. It is tastefully decorated and very well equipped. These owners have thought of everything guests might need. There are even multiple great bicycles for exploring the area. My family of 10 had a fun, relaxing stay here.

We had a family reunion at this house. The house had everything you could need. The kitchen was more than stocked and they had a ton of bikes, snow shoes, scooters. 10 people stayed at the house and we were more than comfortable. Would definitely rent again.

Family retreat
This home is as close to perfect as you can get. It is lovely. The setting, the home and the decor are beautiful. We were amazed at how well stocked the pantry was! The owners have basically thought of everything. There were a good variety of games and smart tvs everywhere! The game room kept the group ages 17-21 happily busy….as well as their dads and grandpa. The beds were comfortable. The outdoor patio was extremely comfortable. The house is prepared to accommodate comfortably the number of people we had …10. Bottomline, we would be delighted to stay here again! Oh….we also enjoyed the walking and bike trails! Thank you to Laurie who has so quickly respnded to any message and thank you for letting us stay in your home.

Great Family Home
This home was one of the most comfortable, well-appointed VRBO’s I’ve ever stayed in and we’ve been using VRBO since the internet was dial up. My family was having a get together to celebrate my son’s graduation from CWU and we were all pleasantly surprised by how well stocked and organized the entire house was. We had all meals there for between 8-12 people and there were plenty of appropriate cookware, dishes, knives and even serving ware. The hosts really think of their guests’ comfort. The bedding was attractive and comfortable, there were plenty of places to visit, inside and out. I know I’m leaving things out, but it really is a fabulous house and fabulous location. A big thank you to John and Laurie!

Family Weekend
The house was absolutely gorgeous! There was 7 adults and 3 young kids and we had plenty of room! It had so many great amenities (lots of towels, soap, shampoo, blankets, robes, etc) and unexpected extras (such as mayo, hot sauce, foil, ziploc bags, seasonings, etc. We had brought our own but it was nice to know that if we forgot something they had it!). We very much loved the garage playroom. They had all the advertised games/equipment and plenty of different sizes to accommodate all ages! We tried almost all the games and used the sleds, bikes and scooters!! We didn't get a chance to try the snowshoes because the weather conditions weren't quite right but would have love to try them!) We used the hot tub both days! The kitchen table was big enough for all of us and the grandkids loved the stools by the island! Someone was almost always sitting in front of the huge gas fireplace! We used the dryer every day to dry off the wet clothes (from sledding!), towels and bathing suits! The homeowners responded quickly to all our questions and made sure we had all the information we needed for the stay! We had an awesome weekend.

5/5 in every way
I am so impressed in every way how renting and staying at this home was fantastic. Laurie was over-the-top helpful. I am extremely picky about cleanliness and I'd give this place a 10+/10. The furniture and beds were comfortable. Even though we did not have kids stay with us on this trip, this place is perfect for families of all ages with plenty of games, gear, and activities for all. I would stay there again and highly recommended this place to others as well.

Luxurious Winter Getaway
This is a beautiful, large home with every amenity you could think of plus some. We especially loved the game room in the garage. There is plenty of room for gathering as a group but also allows for privacy when desired. I would highly recommend this property for a winter holiday getaway with family!

Phenomenal vacation rental experience. Tons of games & activities. Beautiful decor (Christmas theme since we stayed in December). Tons of activities for all age ranges (including brand new mountain bikes and snowshoes for the entire group). Great value! Can’t recommend this property enough.

Gorgeous Home
A gorgeous home which was very tastefully decorated! It was also decorated for Christmas with a beautiful tree, garlands, and poinsettias. We really appreciated those festive decorations, because our family was celebrating an early Christmas. There was a spacious bedroom for each of the adult couples, and a wonderful bedroom with 2 bunkbeds so all 4 of our grandkids could sleep together. The kitchen was very well stocked. (The best we have ever seen at a VRBO) The carpeted garage was a fun room with so many activities... ping ping and Foosball to name a few, and things to borrow and enjoy like bikes, snowshoes and sleds. There was plenty of space for our celebration, but a cozy warmth that made it the perfect house for our family Christmas! We would recommend this home.
