Showcasing amazing views overlooking the 12th green of Rope Rider Golf Course, this scenic retreat comes complete with private home comforts including a hot tub, a firepit, and a patio with covered and open-air seating areas. Inside, plenty of family fun awaits in the game room featuring Pop-a-Shot, shuffleboard, and an arcade table. The stainless steel kitchen is sure to inspire gourmet culinary creations. A gas fireplace, a smart TV, and leather sofas set the stage for casual downtime.

Downtown Roslyn is less than a mile walk from your front door and you'll also be close to local hangouts like Dawsons Park, the Nelson Dairy, and the new Pump Track. Swiftwater Cellars is just over a mile from the home. Speelyi Beach Day Use Area is less than nine miles away. Other nearby attractions include Lake Easton State Park (16.2 mi.), Teanaway Community Forest (21.5 mi.), Summit Central - The Summit At Snoqualmie (31.4 mi.), and the Mission Ridge Ski & Board Resort (83.2 mi.).

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Guests will not have access to Suncadia Resort amenities, including the Swim & Fitness and Nelson Farm Pool.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
